Vulnerable customer-I'm extremely ill I've been in hospital my accounts have been given to my dad as I'm Schizophrenic. @santanderuk no alert Vulnerable customer a month later- "please remove my poa from acc @santanderuk ok, no cross ref or due diligence-allows 300k to be spent.

@santanderuk Do you ever evaluate your customer service levels? Both Halifax and Lloyds I can speak to someone in 2 minutes. Santander 25 minutes....gave up.

Once again on social media about a company’s failure to help a terminally Ill person my wife @santanderuk failure to help Helen is by far shocking and upsetting, phoned last Wednesday and they said they would call back and yup you guessed it they never here is brief reminder.
