    @santanderuk why are you emailing me whenever I spend on my credit card...YOUVE USED 90% OF YOUR LIMIT..... yes!! I kno!!! Its my card, its for using, as long as I pay it every month wtf do you care ? Infuriating . Stop it or i'll switch away

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.

    @santanderuk I have to verify my identity to get back into the app but the scanning ofy passport is terrible. Just won't work. Why have you made it so hard? Surely my email and phone number should be enough to verify myself?
