    @santanderuk Is there a problem with card payments? My son has tried to use his card in 2 different places in the last hour while out with friends and it's been declined, despite him having enough money. I've been in a queue on the phone for 40 mins and counting.

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk a reminder to all customers this bank will deny repaying any money if fraud is committed on your account from a stolen mobile. Even if you are a customer for over 8 years. Do not use this bank they don’t care about their customers

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp 7 days with no access to my account and still no contact from the “Back office fraud team” no one including managers or in branch can help I have to sit and wait no timescale no access to my money awful service

    I also discover that @santanderuk decided to make the account dormant. I am now good friends with the lady in the Kilburn branch, but 6 weeks later I still cannot get my money returned to me, I’m not even getting called back. Don’t bank at Santander. @santanderukhelp #help 6/

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk when I try to make online purchases it is saying my card number is invalid or hasn’t passed validity checks but my card is working fine in stores and through paypal?

    @santanderuk 1.0 Dear S********, Please, and once more, please.... I am exasperated, furious, heated...... I was on the phone this mooring {25-04-2022} from 11.30 0r 11.40 to 2.17+++ pm for a transaction. The first customer service front line failed to connect me to fraud office.

    @santanderuk Really disappointing service from you today, my elderly mother asked for copies of a few months bank statements at your Cleveleys branch and was point blank refused, "You're not set up to be able to get them". No help offered at all. Shocking.
