@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Gym employee with the right access might be able to see what bank you use from your direct debit. It seems far fetched but absolutely everything points to this being more than a coincidence. I really hope you get ££ back, fair compensation and find a new gym that cares more

@santanderukhelp Well it's gotten to a point now where I'm just hearing perpetual ringing 🙃 even the automated service with the hold music switched off after the hour mark...1 hour and 44 minutes @santanderuk #Santander and counting - I just want to pay my mortgage.

You are losing a customer in real time here @santanderuk—in a phone queue for 45 mins waiting for the CHAPS team only to end up talking to Vodafone voicemail. There are no words to describe this level of lack of service for something this important.
