@NP20193 @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I've been with them about 10 years, no issues. (Thankfully) However... After reading this thread, I think I'll be switching. This is NOT on.

  • FlowerySarah FlowerySarah (@FlowerySarah) reported

@MorganBroadcast I'm shocked that no-one from @santanderuk or @VirginActiveUK has contacted you to try and help resolve this.

  • mi5uk Mi5 Trumpton (@mi5uk) reported

@DrMahim @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Don't leave a phone or bank cards in a locker. Credit cards are better. Shut phone down if you have to leave it, harder to log in? Take pictures of your cards and passport, email to self. You can prove your I.D. Even if you've lost everything. ( happened to me in Spain).

  • DaveyJunction Dave (@DaveyJunction) reported

@MorganBroadcast I’m rooting for you today, sounds to me like @VirginActiveUK have a problem with an insider there, they need to investigate that issue as a matter of urgency. But clearly @santanderuk’s customer service has been beyond appalling. Fingers crossed for a positive resolution asap!

  • Defencebrief Nicholas Diable (@Defencebrief) reported

@BenRigbyJourno I'm sure she will given the apparent abundance of errors by the bank. I'm not surprised by her account having once been a customer of @santanderuk. Their approach to telephone banking security was always shockingly lax and left customers wide open to fraudsters.

  • Arad1el Joseph Dowland (@Arad1el) reported

@MorganBroadcast I'm a mobile banking customer of @santanderuk , and the view pin "feature" seems to be a terrible idea

  • RFtWth Rhonda FtWth (@RFtWth) reported

@MorganBroadcast @NeilMackay78 @santanderuk Unfortunately banks have bank accounts for you to use to help them make money off of your money. The banks do not actually care about their customers, they care about money and making more money.

@XMeekin @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Wtf! They are basically inviting criminals

  • PedalPlodder Dawn-Pedalplodder (@PedalPlodder) reported

@PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast As a long term @santanderuk customer, I'm extremely concerned about this! Especially as simply transferring the stolen phone's SIM card to another phone gets around the phone security.

@ScienceNelson Absolutely awful this has happened and @santanderuk needs to do more! As for @VirginActiveUK it wouldn’t surprise me that police will investigate why security wasn’t working that day. I’ll make sure to never be involved with both these companies. Bad service.
