    @ostarmer @santanderuk I’ve been a customer since their Alliance and Leicester says, so it was extremely disappointed and disheartening to experience what I did (then again, it shouldn’t be about loyalty, just about doing the right thing)

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Please help. 4 phonecalls with Justin & Sean, Sandi chats and with Emma+ innumerable security questions + fingerprint authorisations and is now 4th day since Justin said my transfer was authorised but still not done. I can't sleep from stress HELPME

    @Sony why did I get an 'new login' email then 4 minutes later you let 6 purchases out of my card and my partners card EACH? If there is a new login why dont you wait before you let £100s go!! @santanderuk

    Dear @santanderuk trying to change my address online. New address is 140years old but you cannot find it. Chat - not working Phones - closed Printable form - no printer. This after freezing my account a couple of weeks ago.

    @santanderukhelp I have Switched to Santander, all my payments from @BarclaysUK have been switched and redirected to my @santanderuk account, after using it and once salary from my work is in the account, they decided to block it completely. You have left a family without the access to funds.

    @1CathyMcKeown @santanderuk I read today that the lady has received an apology from Santander and they will cover the loss plus £750 compensation. It makes me wonder though what would have happened if it was someone that didn't access Twitter or have media connections.

    @prodigalbum Adding a pin to *your sim* will stop the wrong doer from moving your sim to another device without the sim PIN. As long as you haven’t changed the setting on the messages app to show SMS on the Lock Screen this will help. Really glad I’m not with @santanderuk #lax #secuity
