    @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

    @santanderuk Well I am waiting for a complaint call back that still hasn’t happened and compensation that also hasn’t been addressed. Your service has seriously gone down hill recently. You’ve become an arrogant bank!!

    @santanderuk - I’m still waiting, that’s another 4 hours and still no access to the banking services I’ve already paid you fo just becuase you feel like you need to go slow @MartinSLewis is this normal to block access or should I be looking elsewhere

    Why, when I call @santanderuk do they put me on hold, then repeat every 20 seconds that they appreciate my time, my patience and respect, then take over 35 minutes to answer the phone. Diabolical service!

    @santanderuk complete waste of time. Went to a banking hub to submit form not available online. queue of 6,then couldn't photocopy anything so need to go to main branch. WTF!! Which is it? make it available online or keep your branches
