    @santanderuk customer service is a nightmare at Santander bank . Closed an account 2 weeks ago and still waiting for my money !! Apparently in a holding account gaining interest for them I think !!!

    Terrible service from @santanderuk On the phone for 30mins trying to sort out online banking that isn’t working, cuts me off whilst the rep is figuring stuff out. She doesn’t call me back. I try and call back and lines are closed until Tuesday.
