    @santanderuk help! My partner and I have recently moved house, but our new address doesn't isn't on your online system so we can't change online. Which means we need to come into branch...Except we both work Mon-Fri. What do we do?! (please allow manual entry for addresses!)

    @firstdirecthelp my 3rd unsuccessful call to get my first direct app transferred to my new phone. Still not fixed - different answer every time. Now have to wait for the post for a 2nd week for another code!! @santanderuk @HalifaxBank no problems!!

    @santanderuk They now called to say it’s still their fault but they don’t know when it will be sorted- great customer service !!!!
