@santanderuk how dare you restrict what I spend my hard earned money on! It’s MY money, you are just a service and there’s plenty more out there. I’m leaving you. As for “protecting customers” that’s utter tosh, and you know it.

@CoinDesk @santanderuk @SteveAlpher **** like that is a huge overstep. Is there any other situation where they do this for anything else?

@ScrapNonsense @santanderuk @Trustpilot Hi M, businesses cannot pay to have reviews removed. If you would like to share the email address associated with your review we can take a look and help to provide some context around why the remove has been removed. Thanks!

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk Not sitting on this phone any longer, trying to get through to request cheque book 4 joint account, in order to transfer & close! Ridiculous! And had no help to reactivate my on-line banking from weeks ago! Please action my cheque book request!

  • Dross6666 Donna Ross (@Dross6666) reported

It’s terrible how @santanderuk leaves no room for human error! Instead they punish their customers by reporting a missed payment on a card LITERALLY straight away, BUT take a month - 6 wks to send updates through to your credit file??!!! “Sorry nothing we can do” they said!

@DeFi_RuNnEr_ @santanderuk Imagine if in 1997 BT restricted your phone service if you used the internet.... its kinda the same thing happening here, its so short sighted. Perhaps more effort should be put into educating people - but I guess that doesn't serve the banks well...
