    That is it after this trip I'm switching banks. @santanderuk support while travelling is just too **** to be depended on.

    @santanderuk So I find one of your customers wallet on the street, with their Santander card, and you can’t be bothered to call your customer and let them know!! Great service!

    @santanderuk Do you ever evaluate your customer service levels? Both Halifax and Lloyds I can speak to someone in 2 minutes. Santander 25 minutes....gave up.
