@WalklingMike @santanderuk My account also got compromised and support service aren’t doing anything about it, so I contacted cyber_spar01 on Instagram he successfully retrieved my account, he’s legit and reliable.

My call to @santanderuk appeared to be answered after 57 minutes delay. The number rang several times and then it went dead. I kept shouting "hello" down the line to no avail. The result is that I have wasted an hour for nothing.

@santanderuk Woeful service. Trying to report lost card since before 8pm this evening. On hold for 2h 45m and counting. Can’t use app as phone was lost also. online banking via chat bot - useless. Now have to go to bed uncertain about account security. Pitiful.

@santanderuk Hello. Your online banking sign up page is not working. Tells me all fields marked '*' must be completed, and they are. Various browsers across desktop and mobile tried. You'd think an automated smoke test pack would pick this up. Not a great new user experience.

@santanderuk switch has been a shamble. All my money is in this new account which I cannot access because I’ve not been given a card yet and I can’t access online banking. Your live chat is just robots who aren’t helping and I’ve been in a queue on the phone for a very long time
