@santanderuk Just received 2 quotes for car insurance. One from you and the other from Go Compare. Santander is £342 and Go compare is £290. I'm a customer too. Why the large difference? Still not the cheapest though. Lloyd's bank is £265. Can my own bank Santander match this?

@santanderuk need to hire more customer service staff - even they are outsourced. The amount of times I’ve had to wait more than 30 minutes. Sandy live chat needs a new NLP programmer #santander

@novakg11 @santanderuk I had the same issue ..I never taught of getting my account back …massive appreciation to @AgentFemiTv for recovering my ..suspended ..locked.. hacked or banned .. disabled account you should check them out too.....✅ .

@novakg11 @santanderuk I had similar experience when my account got hacked I contacted support but they couldn’t help until I was referred to Will_tech02 on Instagram. You can send them a message I'm very positive that they can help.

@santanderuk accessing online banking from abroad is expensive. Have to use mobile data. So far cost me £52,00 to make two transfers as unable to access account otherwise.

@santanderuk It is confirmed. You are useless. Hours to get through. People within the banks unwilling to help (Loughton). 45 minutes to transfer funds! Get a move on.
