orwellvalley (@orwellvalley) reported@santanderuk between @eBay_UK draconian account verification nonsense, which you of course don't work properly with and @klarna knocking back perfectly good cards you issued you've made a complete nonsense of trying to buy anything online. Do you even sit down and test it works?
-
jaredowens (@jaredowens36629) reported@santanderuk is it possible for you to permanently block all online/card not present transactions for a debit card if a customer requests it?

Craigyy121 (@craigyy121) reported@santanderuk @TSB @santanderuk why is your online banking not working just now?, I need to get on it

FootFan (@mhoney1234) reported@PolitlcsUK Hey @bankofengland - time to lower the base rates so my @santanderuk stop ripping me off. Inflation at 2.8% but the banks are offering a 5.5% mortgage. The profiteering off working people in this country is abysmal.

aka James Bond (@FeelitWorking) reported@chalkey1973 @santanderuk are really bad for stopping transfers. If you try to buy something online, send money from savings to current account, answer questions and say you have not seen the item in person, they lock the account. @Gaylesian (@gaylesian) reported@DrChrisParry @santanderuk What annoys me about banks is they close down branches don’t want to speak to you, However you have money in your account you want to transfer it you have to log onto your account know all your passwords yet they decline and you have to speak to them.

audreygallagher (@audreygallagher) reported@santanderuk @TSB His card doesn't work as I stated he's waiting for a new card, his memory is poor & he entered the pin incorrectly locking him out. A branch is his only access to cash without a card.
