@Sophiae007 @VirginActiveUK @santanderuk Absolutely an inside job that. Just conveniently happens on the day the security barriers are not working.

@MorganBroadcast What are you going to do about this @santanderuk ? I’ve banked with you for 30 years and have a significant amount in savings with you, always trusted it was safe. This makes me feel physically sick. What do you intend to do to help this young lady?

  • Relko67 GB (@Relko67) reported

@PaulBar81542561 @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk This is the question. How did they unlock the phone then access the app ???

  • mazzzdaaa M (@mazzzdaaa) reported

@MorganBroadcast If they managed to get through to your Santander app they can get your pin from there. The blame obviously lies with them and I’m sorry that they have been so incredibly ****. @santanderuk seriously reconsidering you as my banking and mortgage provider after hearing this

  • GaryLinakar Gary Linekar's ****** 💛💙 (@GaryLinakar) reported

@MorganBroadcast I will never use them. this is the start of the banks shirking the responsibility of safe banking and making us pay... not them. let them rot. One bank will recognise this, support customers and we'll use them instead. @santanderuk can kiss my ***.

  • The_Final_Draft Cole (@The_Final_Draft) reported

@MorganBroadcast I hope it gets sorted today. Thank you for highlighting this issue, I had no idea that the app revealed pin numbers. I would love @santanderuk to explain why it's so easily available when we have been told for years that nobody can access it, not even staff.

  • MalikhaMcDonald Malikha McDonald (@MalikhaMcDonald) reported

@santanderuk the worst customer service, over 4 days of trying to speak to someone. Wow! Is there a customer service number that works? #help

@MorganBroadcast @NeilMackay78 @santanderuk As far as your case goes chatlotte - Look at all your insurances to see if they can support your case. There must be some way of interlinking all the cases.Keep on at and reminding local fraud squad to see if any update.Hopefully someone is n Twitter will see your post. Good luck

@whyteuk @VirginActiveUK @santanderuk Just been reading the thread. Shocking read and customer neglect on every level. Virgin security has let her down and then Santanderuk has been irresponsible, negligent and totally disinterested to help this lady. Her life is now just about recovering her lost money! Appalling

@DrMahim @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Don't leave a phone or bank cards in a locker. Credit cards are better. Shut phone down if you have to leave it, harder to log in? Take pictures of your cards and passport, email to self. You can prove your I.D. Even if you've lost everything. ( happened to me in Spain).
