No reply so posted a formal complaint as they don't seem to do online for this type of issue. Phoning is hopeless. No reply. Seems they are dealing with it by simply ignoring me. Geronimog (@geronimo2497) reported@David90shaw This is already happening if you use mobile banking apps, with the threat of restricted access to said app if you don't comply and upload photo id, thus forcing you into branches that are closing on a daily basis @santanderuk the latest do this.
