@StarlingBank do you have any information how long it Will take from getting personal account till i Can apply for a sole trader account? I have Been with @santanderuk for 15 years but they dont support #profitfirst and have not been v helpful

Excuse me @santanderuk would you like to explain why your colleague on customer support hung up on me whilst I attempted to verify a recent payment to re access my account that you wrongfully suspended last night?

@santanderuk just had the phone put down on me whilst trying to ask for a replacement letter for my 13 year old daughters mini account! Was on hold for 40 mins before getting through! This is very poor customer service, when only need letter 1 of 1 reissuing! NOT GOOD Santander!

@santanderuk Didn't get so much as a letter or email to tell me my local branch had closed forced to go to NatWest to deposit a cheque. Customer service should of informed customers 🙄
