@santanderuk I can no longer use your banking app because it requires iOS13. My 4yr old iPhone 6 does not support above iOS12 so you are in fact supporting Apples throw away #ewaste culture.

@StarlingBank do you have any information how long it Will take from getting personal account till i Can apply for a sole trader account? I have Been with @santanderuk for 15 years but they dont support #profitfirst and have not been v helpful

@santanderuk trying to pay off my credit card, you're telephone banking isn't working and nor is online! You've not sent out my temporary security number, and you don't send out paper statements! How on earth do I pay my balance?!!!!

@santanderuk 57 minutes and counting, on hold to sort out a security problem linking my bank card to Google pay WTF is going on? This happens every time and has done for a few years now!!!! Had a fkn Nuff
