  @santanderuk I can no longer use your banking app because it requires iOS13. My 4yr old iPhone 6 does not support above iOS12 so you are in fact supporting Apples throw away #ewaste culture.

  @santanderuk Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex ! Bcoz of job cuts economy 👎

  @santanderuk After being defrauded, Santander has blocked my attempts to get my money back. I’m being bombarded with consistent, slickly-worded AI emails threatening me about my overdraft now.They talk about 'support' in their emails while doing the exact opposite in reality

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @santanderuk @santanderukbiz absolute shambles of a bank. Block our account at 4:30pm, tell me to attend a branch with ID (when they are all closed) and now have to deal with nearly 50 staff who won’t be paid! Thanks for the last 12 years 😡

  @santanderuk @TSB Santander customer services is atrocious. The hassle we had opening an account for my 15 year old was wild. Sent 2 types of photo ID, 2 birth certificates, house bills and marriage certificate and apparently ID was wrong, took 3 weeks for them to say they made an error...

  @santanderuk I hope your ******* branches go up in flames I’m not even joking Imagine receiving a payment 3 days ago. Using that money. Then going to use more today for a block to be on my account. Two kids and I can’t access my money for “10 working days” die you bastards.
