Yes, accept cyber security is a challenge, but if your systems/ algorithms are going to deny account access ensure online support is timely/accessible. 75 min wait, 4 staff & cut offs are not acceptable!

Had phoned at midday but waited 4 ages then put phone down. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER ! Enough of calls may take longer 2 answer & sorry u are having to wait.
