    @santanderuk we've been trying to get a bank statement from you for 5 weeks. You are holding up a house purchase chain. This is ridiculous. You keep saying its been sent. You're lying to your customers disgusting service.

    Just realised that the @ProtonVPN Android app has split tunnelling 😯. I use this on my PC to get Teams and Remote Desktop working in a stable manner. On my phone I can now use the @santanderuk app without having to drop my shields. 👍

    @santanderuk 3 weeks since our query against our mortgage offer with you was sent and still pending response from Santander. Unable to proceed further in the process to purchase our home until our solicitor receives a response. Completely unacceptable wait time. PLEASE HELP
