Has anybody tried to phone @santanderuk Fraud. 3 times I called, and the line shut down after ringing for 20 to 30 minutes. When I got through several days later I was told the 3 people who told me new card was on the way or blocked were wrong, and the old card was still active.

@santanderuk really crap customer service just now. You’ve just hung up on an anxious 17 year old trying to reset her login info claiming you just can’t access her account details. No explanation as to why just thank you goodbye. #rude

@santanderukhelp can you just be honest and let me know if I can transfer a balance from an Amex card . I have been messed about all day by @santanderuk telling me to ring Amex as my details are incompatible when in fact it looks like an issue with Santander not recognising Amex?

  • ameIiashcps justine (@ameIiashcps) reported

@santanderuk sort you customer service out.

Is anyone working @santanderuk FRAUD line??? Trying to get through for over an hour yesterday, 45 minutes so far today and still no one answering.

6 days since I raised a complaint with @santanderuk and a week since my current account switch, and I still can’t access my online banking. Haven’t even heard from them 🧐Surely this isn’t allowed by the @TheFCA. I kind of have bills to pay. @santanderukhelp #customerservice

@TakeFive @santanderuk Tell that to Santander, they lock pensioners bank accounts and stop them getting access to their pensions.

@Mistywoman1 @santanderuk I got a letter today from a bank detailing the mortgage payments for a new house down the road-you’d think as they were lending on it that they’d get the address right!

@santanderukhelp Problem not resolved. Was told a goodwill gesture of £50 would be paid into my account last week, it hasn't been. Can't use card. Can't make transfers. @LloydsBank please take me back! After 17yrs with you I moved to @santanderuk and it's been terrible since day one!!

@santanderuk good morning. My new debit card is not working for online purchases. Can you please advise why this could be? Do I need to activate in an ATM or something first?Thank you
