Is there a more useless bank than @santanderuk? Sending post to the wrong address, go in branch to get them to correct their error and are sent away as they can’t deal with it. Under current Data Protection regs it’s your duty to correct the information you hold.

The fact that banks don’t transfer money on weekends shows how much more we have to do as a human civilisation. What if people’s family’s are starving and someone sent them money to help. Now they have to wait an entire day. So damn broken.. @santanderuk @BBCNews @elonmusk

Been an @Barclays customer for over 30 years. Love the online banking (they one of the first) and app, but the chat and video call functions are hopeless. Only want to open an account for my daughter, but too difficult. Going to @santanderuk now instead.

@santanderuk I had an account with you for near 30 years, 100s of thousands pounds went through my account, because I was away from the uk for 5 years you closed it. I'm now having difficulty in trying to reopen another account. I don't have any current DDs to show address. Help.
