@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk It's not impossible. The pin number can be extracted from the card.

Unbelievable that @santanderuk App still doesn't have cheque scan like "all" other banking apps. They've closed all my local branches - so how? btw website gives instructions how to do it..I assume in Spain. Is this a dying bank in UK?

@santanderuk Trying to redeem free student Railcard but system error won't let transaction complete. Is there an issue ATM?

  • jeremyiwhite Jeremy White (@jeremyiwhite) reported

@hublok @yuanyi_z The effective interest rate is 1.4% tax free although of course not many people win and the buying power of your investment is falling with inflation. Still, better than the 0.1% (before tax) paid by @santanderuk on my instant access account.

@HenryPryor @sharivahl So the PIN data was not compromised in any way. This sort of crime can be stopped by having a SIM pin, which blocks the criminals from obtaining any OTP. The problem is that @santanderuk have an appalling threshold for security.

@RHJOfficial Thank you. I hope @santanderuk and @santanderukhelp note that people are advising to move from Santander due to abominable customer service. Certainly my experience where since Wednesday they have blocked me from transferring money, and emails and phonecalls don't unblock.

@bancosantander @santanderuk going into a branch today and I couldn’t help but feel sorry for the staff working for you. You’re cutting the staff working for you and stressing everyone who works for you and visits the branches out. It’s horrible!! #santander
