    @santanderuk The message was sent sometime before 9am this morning - still nothing. Why get in touch with a customer if they haven’t reviewed the complaint already??

    @DrChrisParry @santanderuk I left them over a year ago now and joined NationWide. Santander are a joke and their staff become derogatory even when you point their errors out or even if you need the slightest bit of help.

    @santanderuk I'm sorry I've tried to do that but I keep being told it's not santanders problem . But for me it is Santander . I opened the account to get an additional payment and I haven't got it because the download didn't work .someone must be able to help

    @santanderuk pop up on app that you have to give more details who is owned by a 3rd party, elderly family member who can't do this and a phone call too yourselves with no help given #poorservice#notelderlyfriendly#responseisrequired🤯🤯🤯

    @santanderuk Still waiting for an update from ‘Mark’ wondering if he is imaginary at this point. Numerous emails trying to ensure payment was not taken and it now has been! Frustrated is not even the word now - SORT YOUR **** OUT SANTANDER

    @DrChrisParry @santanderuk What annoys me about banks is they close down branches don’t want to speak to you, However you have money in your account you want to transfer it you have to log onto your account know all your passwords yet they decline and you have to speak to them.

    @santanderuk I have to verify my identity to get back into the app but the scanning ofy passport is terrible. Just won't work. Why have you made it so hard? Surely my email and phone number should be enough to verify myself?

    @santanderuk your customer care is shocking. I have been on your live chat since 3.20pm and no one has come back to me. No one at all
