Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

Santander customer service is 💩. Today @santanderuk calls me with recording of urgent need to contact, press any key. Calls from 0808 280 0767. Makes you hold for 28 minutes and than say sorry. No one available to answer. Calls is repeated after an hour. 4Xtoday 120minutes lost

@jennzahling @santanderuk I was recommended to @AntiTrafico_DF they were able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. They even work on banned, locked accounts. I recommend them✅

wow, @santanderuk really has the worst customer service. locked down our account and told us we can't have it unlocked untill we visit a branch in the UK -- we live in the USA! why can't you help us over the phone - we were on hold for THREE HOURS?!
