    @MorganBroadcast Apple have published a way to unlock iPhones without the passcode on their website. The method requires plugging your iPhone into a computer (Mac or PC) and putting it in recovery mode. @santanderuk

  • Mandymillyprice Charlie Farley. Rolo Polo. Milly Mandy (@Mandymillyprice) reported

    @MorganBroadcast I really hope Santander do the correct thing & reimburse you. Please keep posting updates. Santander you should be ashamed at your shocking lack of support @santanderuk #Santander

  • MorganBroadcast Charlotte Morgan (@MorganBroadcast) reported

    For them to have known or guessed my pin is impossible, yet @santanderuk refuses to entertain any other explanation. But - it's up to the provider to prove I've been negligent or fraudulent, which they can't. Simply saying my PIN was used does not mean I authorized the purchase

  • Loulabellatron Loulabellatron (@Loulabellatron) reported

    @MorganBroadcast This is awful. I remember @santanderuk being dreadful after my mum died, I had to declare her dead with them more than twice. I'm so sorry your having to deal with this and I hope it gets sorted soon.

  • AWJN AWJN (@AWJN) reported

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I don't know about the Santander app, but I believe some banking apps let you rest your PIN, and if they got through the facial recognition on your iPhone some banking apps will allow facial recognition for access to the app.

  • Bridgeanne Anne Booth 💙 (@Bridgeanne) reported

    @MorganBroadcast That is absolutely terrible. I was actually thinking of transferring to @santanderuk & I definitely won't rush to do that now. I can't believe what a terrible experience you have had - & the fact that they also took from your savings is appalling. I hope it all gets sorted asap.

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK what a shame... you'd think they'd want to help you, their customer, I hope you get it all sorted out...

  • MorganBroadcast Charlotte Morgan (@MorganBroadcast) reported

    @ProducerScott @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK Thanks, Scott. I should have changed banks years ago. I thought my loyalty and clean record would help me if anything like this were to happen, but clearly not.

    @PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Seriously?! That's awful tbh
