Awful treatment from @santanderuk helen my wife is in Roxburgh her cancer spread to her brain so she can’t remember her pin and she lost her phone, so phoned Santander and explained and wanted to add new number, 50min on the phone explained that things not great.

Can’t believe how useless @santanderuk have been in repaying people scammed by easy tickets / simple ticketing / mb promotions. Completely different with @HalifaxBank and they could not have been more helpful. The same issue resolved in opposite ways. Speaks volumes.
