I'm now having difficulty in trying to reopen another account. I don't have any current DDs to show address. Help.

Edward Terry (@iamedterry) reported@santanderuk I think you should review that. When they take 8+ hours to respond, then tell you theyโre multitasking so might not respond immediately, but expect you to drop everything in your life to respond is a bit unreasonable. My experience = chat support is a waste of time.

Having to wait 8 hours for text support says many things about your systems. 1) The AI chat assistant doesnโt deliver; 2) There are fundamental underlying issues that are causing so many people to need support (the bigger issue).
