  @santanderuk Terrible service. Needed bank statement - waited 10 days -still nothing. Went into branch and unbelievably they can’t print one! Do not go paperless as this lot are never going to give you a hard copy should you need it for anything!

  @chaosprimeZ @santanderuk I can imagine! Their customer service for me was non existant. On the other hand, although I havent suffered fraud since, Nationwides branch staff have virtually fell over themselves to help with other queries.
