Complaints have been filled with actionfraud UK, but no complaint option was available with the Santander Bank, it is unfortunate that the Bank does not block or black list such account.

Nursing a relative until they passed and unable to make a payment until I had signal outside the hospital and would rather charge me ยฃ12 than understand. 15years of loyalty! You should be embarrassed!
