@santanderuk I had an account with you for near 30 years, 100s of thousands pounds went through my account, because I was away from the uk for 5 years you closed it. I'm now having difficulty in trying to reopen another account. I don't have any current DDs to show address. Help.

@ThezzaNicholson @santanderuk @SkyHelpTeam Natwest mobile banking sorted this but as ever Santander are playing catch-up!! Do you not communicate with one another or test these patches before installing them? Spent 20 minutes on the phone to Santander, no apology, nothing on the website. Piss poor customer service!!

@XMadBabydoll @davidhillfm @santanderuk It does annoy me when people are so snarky, I went on to see if a customer's payment had gone in, my nearest branch closed some years ago, not even sure where the nearest one is now.
