I'm now having difficulty in trying to reopen another account. I don't have any current DDs to show address. Help.

Out of 4 machines that had cash deposit facilities, only 1 was working! Took 30 mins to deposit, machines were so slow there was a queue and huge queue for teller #dobetter

When they take 8+ hours to respond, then tell you theyโre multitasking so might not respond immediately, but expect you to drop everything in your life to respond is a bit unreasonable. My experience = chat support is a waste of time.

I received no notification you were doing this. Surely youโve noticed I only pay bills from them, useless bank with no cust service
