  @santanderuk how the hell is someone supposed to get any help.. phone call.. on hold for ages... online chat... passed off to await someone.. for ages... your X help address.. no response... this is appalling

  @santanderuk dreadful service, international payment = a 25 mins phone call, 31 questions, endless ‘let me check’ and now my account is blocked whilst I wait for your ‘back office’ to do some more checks, I’ll just wait for you shall I? Or use another provider………

  @santanderuk so disappointed that the help people can’t actually help, no calls, no support, no customer duty - this should serve as a warning to anyone thinking @bancosantander can operate a banking licence - they can’t
