  @santanderuk I had an account with you for near 30 years, 100s of thousands pounds went through my account, because I was away from the uk for 5 years you closed it. I'm now having difficulty in trying to reopen another account. I don't have any current DDs to show address. Help.

  @santanderuk every time I log into your **** app it demands that I verify my identity. I spend 5 minutes doing so and every time get an error message. Sort it out or I'll take my money elsewhere.

  @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

  @santanderuk I'm getting seriously stressed out with this. To wait 45 mins in a call that has been rinsing me only to not be able to log in is a joke. I'm back on the phone waiting. This needs to be fast tracked. You're costing me money and getting me fined and messing up my credit score

  @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Santander today restricted my account, they have bullied me , put huge stress and pressure on me, and they with no doubt have broken FCA rules , it's utterly disgusting that a bank can do this to someone who had been with the bank 15 years plus. @TheFCA
