I'm now having difficulty in trying to reopen another account. I don't have any current DDs to show address. Help.

SHE HAS ALZHEIMERS AND WITHOUT THIS HAPPENING, WE WOULD NOT EAT. IM HER FULL TIME CARER WHICH IS WHY I HAD TO USE HER MONEY, AS BENEFITS ARE TERRIBLE!!!!

They have asked me for documents which have been provided but now they are not good enough. They asked for a payslip which is Thai and now they want it translated.
