@santanderuk I had an account with you for near 30 years, 100s of thousands pounds went through my account, because I was away from the uk for 5 years you closed it. I'm now having difficulty in trying to reopen another account. I don't have any current DDs to show address. Help.

@santanderuk what a terrible bank, customer service non-existent, local branch don’t want to know, tried so many numbers, got a fraud problem which is their problem, thank god I don’t bank with them!!!

Dear @santanderuk thanks for fixing your IT issue. As you decided we are to work late, does this mean our proc fee is now at double rate? Surely you could have kept the rates open tomorrow morning for an extra 2 hours instead? Thanks from all of us.

@santanderuk you need to sort your app out not working been trying for an hour even tried on another handset on my mums Wi-Fi - not working. Sort it out all the time recently and starting to grind my nerves - I’ll be switching if this continues
