    @santanderuk @TSB My account has been blocked while I'm abroad for the next two months and your support team is doing nothing to help and it is causing me financial hardship.I am physically in Spain and cannot get to a branch. Telling me to go to a branch is not a reasonable solution.

    @santanderuk It’s not even the lack of advanced notice (which is horrific) it’s the fact that I’ve apparently not had access to my money since 18th yet nothing has been said to me, nor does the app reflect this. I’ve called the number & that hasn’t helped. I’m switching my bank.

    Despite this, £40 was charged on June 15 and £50 on June 16 — a total of £80, even though we followed all procedures. Still no response or support. This is unacceptable. @TfL @santanderuk @santanderukhelp – please investigate and assist.

    @santanderuk This is not olden time with typewriters or carrier pigeons. We are on week 3 now, I'm still getting letters chasing me for payment and you still haven't sorted it. That is quite unacceptable and my little business has lost money as well as hindering ability to access credit.

    @chalkey1973 @santanderuk are really bad for stopping transfers. If you try to buy something online, send money from savings to current account, answer questions and say you have not seen the item in person, they lock the account. Absolute pain trying to help relatives with this. It took ages
