    @MsSC1986 @santanderuk Car *** was the same. Handed car back, started getting letters about arrears and dire consequences for credit rating. "Oh just ignore that, the system sends letter it's not supposed to. It's a known bug". Well ******* fix it then! Piss poor and a very poor advert for yourselves

    @santanderuk Put the phone down. 1hr plus wait isn’t acceptable. No problem plenty of other banks.

    @santanderuk The issue is that after four hours a customer service rep has yet to join the online chat.

    @David90shaw This is already happening if you use mobile banking apps, with the threat of restricted access to said app if you don't comply and upload photo id, thus forcing you into branches that are closing on a daily basis @santanderuk the latest do this.

    Dear @santanderuk please fix your mortgage arrears emails. I’ve made a payment plan, so don’t send me an email asking me to either pay in full or call to make an arrangement. It’s not too hard to set the system to check whether I’m sticking to the plan or not.

    @santanderuk have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, quick enough to take your money but not one person wants to help you on the phone…shambles

    @santanderuk I desperately need access to my current account and then to switch out of your bank as a matter of urgency. I don’t even understand how this is legal.
