    The @santanderuk app is so terrible. Can't even pay off my credit card on it, have to log in to online banking. Literally the most useless app ever.

    @santanderuk I signed up for new bank acc. with £100 Amazon reward in Nov. Haven't received voucher, despite confirming with Santander support that fulfilled t&C's. Appears error on initial sign up so acc. wasn't active until dec. Error code bi_0023. Please help

    @Emilia__writes @DefiantLs You don't need to give any explanation for withdrawing £2.500: it's actually the maximum before anti-money laundering checks have to be made. So this is incredibly bad customer service on their end - mental. @Santanderuk - I have an account with you guys: please clarify this.

    @Factor50JSA @santanderuk Hiya @Factor50JSA Hope you're well. ..and what could have been pension contributions are going into maintaining the freeholder's property asset value: defect-fixing, inflated service charges, commissions, permission and assignment fees, admin charges and mark-ups.

    @santanderuk @TSB Santander makes billions profit a year despite driving UK services down. They say they are charging 120 GBP a year for forever free accounts bcoz of Labour's regulations. You can stp them by writing to Financial Ombudsman Service, South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR.

    @santanderuk Can I get confirmation that there was an error with the account being opened and the date it was resolved please? Then use that date as account opening.

    @santanderuk now says they can’t refund me until the fraud is “confirmed” — which violates PSR refund rules. I’ve submitted info, I’m vulnerable, and this is day 4. @psrpayments @financialombuds I need help. #fraudrefund #psr #Santander
