To @santanderuk with all the #CostOfLivingCrisis going on, you give NO small time frame for a customer’s 1st missed payment EVER before reporting it to the credit agencies! So even if a customer calls asap to sort it, you’ve already done it & affects their credit file for 6mths!

@santanderuk how dare you restrict what I spend my hard earned money on! It’s MY money, you are just a service and there’s plenty more out there. I’m leaving you. As for “protecting customers” that’s utter tosh, and you know it.

My @santanderuk card was declined at the hairdresser’s. Very embarrassing. I rushed home to check my money was okay and ran down with another card. Plenty of money there. Apparently they were installing a new security system that left me unable to use my card

@Rekt57v @MartinSLewis just like to add that @santanderuk are a nightmare if you move money around as they will block it and freeze your account as they think it's fraud.

@DeFi_RuNnEr_ @santanderuk This is just an excuse to block crypto using the fraud card. I use Revolut with no issues. Some may have to setup a separate online account that acts as a middle man to manage the flow of investment. Interesting that they'll accept any amount of money from an exchange though!
