julie (@juliebalfo) reported@santanderuk Terrible service. Needed bank statement - waited 10 days -still nothing. Went into branch and unbelievably they can’t print one! Do not go paperless as this lot are never going to give you a hard copy should you need it for anything!

jo (@5arstudent) reported@santanderuk Zero. That’s the concerning thing. I have repeatedly asked your customer service team who have no even referred me on to the relevant department - one lady just said the department is called “the back office” I have 2 children under 8

Having to wait 8 hours for text support says many things about your systems. 1) The AI chat assistant doesn’t deliver; 2) There are fundamental underlying issues that are causing so many people to need support (the bigger issue).
