@santanderuk An awful company. Don’t let you pay your credit card with a debit card, force you to set up a DD. Technically they do but cunningly enough it never works. And don’t come on here saying you do because you don’t. Awful and disingenuous. Don’t become a customer.

25 years of banking with HSBC without a single issue. I've been with @santanderuk 3 weeks and for the past week now I haven't been able to access a single penny from my account. Amazing service that. Thank you. It seriously takes you a week to reset an account?

How are you meant to run a business when you bank with @santanderuk - bank card doesn’t work, replaced and still not working. Tried depositing cheques and cash twice this week & machine won’t allow me to. Terrible business bank!
