Yet you still give alerts for entering an overdraft or debit balance amount ? This was a VERY good service Satander did . And a VERY ANNOYING decision to stop it!

How can one get justice when the system is broken. They were fined for same failures in 2022 - but they use tactics to destroy me further.

SHE HAS ALZHEIMERS AND WITHOUT THIS HAPPENING, WE WOULD NOT EAT. IM HER FULL TIME CARER WHICH IS WHY I HAD TO USE HER MONEY, AS BENEFITS ARE TERRIBLE!!!!

steven jackson (@Archtech_design) reported@santanderuk Unfortunately she has tried that your colleagues offer no solution other than cancel the card she is waiting for and Santander will issue another one! In essence she hasn’t had access to her own money why for 2 weeks now!! Do you think that is acceptable?
