@NHUB40 I paid for the full amount with my debit card so I thought I had some protection but apparently I don't meet the criteria for a card dispute. so even @santanderuk can't help

@NHUB40 @santanderuk Thanks for your help. I don't think it's going to be a quick fix. I don't know how these people sleep at night. They knew my circumstances with my work and my children and still sold me an unroadworthy car.

@santanderuk 3 weeks since our query against our mortgage offer with you was sent and still pending response from Santander. Unable to proceed further in the process to purchase our home until our solicitor receives a response. Completely unacceptable wait time. PLEASE HELP

Could banks make it anymore difficult to deal with a person!!! @santanderuk @santanderukhelp all I want to do is speak to someone in a branch but no one answers the phone its apparently an impossible task and you close your branches at 4.30pm which is ridiculous!!!!!
