I’ve called the number & that hasn’t helped. I’m switching my bank.

You are absolutely the worst and most unhelpful group of people I have ever dealt with. Imagine blocking a father access to his money to buy things for his child!

I went to branch who said call up... they can't tell me more than 'it's a closed account! The Branch manager cannot access what she needed to on the computer. NOT happy.
