    @NHUB40 I paid for the full amount with my debit card so I thought I had some protection but apparently I don't meet the criteria for a card dispute. so even @santanderuk can't help

    @NHUB40 @santanderuk Thanks for your help. I don't think it's going to be a quick fix. I don't know how these people sleep at night. They knew my circumstances with my work and my children and still sold me an unroadworthy car.

    The Mrs 1 hour and 10 minutes on hold to @santanderuk can’t wait till it’s time to change mortgage I bet they answer first time then shocking service

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I went to Santander high street branch and the customer service person said the only proof of ID accepted is passport or driving licence. Santander is excluding a section of community who do not fly and do not drive. Many pensioners & neurodiversed!

    @santanderuk I am so disappointed with your service at Ilford branch. No one was available to help despite waiting 2 hours. The phone service is a joke, been waiting half an hour and have now given up. Hopefully you see this and respond. I'll look to take mine elsewhere.

    @santanderuk Well, after authorising an unsanctioned withdrawal, they now cant give me access to my mobile or online banking! Cowboy banking basically. Customer service or security cant do a thing either!!

    @santanderuk I don’t a complete switch to your bank. This was on the 3rd of July. Still I don’t have access to my account where my wages get paid to and my bills get paid. You have had all my ID. I can’t access anything. I have called numerous times. Avoid Santander people. Customer service skills are awful at best.

    @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

    @santanderuk I have tried phoning and have sent a few emails and still no response. Please please can someone give me a message. My account is locked and I need to be able to access it asap
