@NHUB40 @santanderuk Thanks for your help. I don't think it's going to be a quick fix. I don't know how these people sleep at night. They knew my circumstances with my work and my children and still sold me an unroadworthy car.

@NHUB40 I paid for the full amount with my debit card so I thought I had some protection but apparently I don't meet the criteria for a card dispute. so even @santanderuk can't help

@santanderuk tried to get through to mortgage dept 4 times today.. kept on hold for a total of 1 hour 43 mins between the 4 calls as had to put phone down as have work to do!! Is there actually anyone there in the mortgage dept ?? Can someone please call me???

Customer service, we have had for the past year has been appalling. Requested new online banking details and kept getting told you should receive them in 10 days. 6 Months gone by. Then decided to close our ac 2 wks ago and have not received anything. @santanderuk

@santanderuk Can you help? I tried to deposit cash today at 2 branch ATMs and neither would accept cash deposits. Do I have to physically go into the branch to do this?

Shrewd move @santanderuk, update the app, to a version my friend's phone cannot use, and then when she tries to log into the web site, she is asked to verify the log in, via the app she can no longer access.

If anyone has a current account with @santanderuk seriously consider closing it. All funds stolen yesterday no contact, no OTPs. Response from @santanderuk we’ll look into it and you might hear from us in 15 working days! Unbelievably poor response
