@santanderuk Hi, my missus credit file shows she has a Santander account. How do we go about ascertain this, as were not getting far with customer services?

Is there a more useless bank than @santanderuk? Sending post to the wrong address, go in branch to get them to correct their error and are sent away as they can’t deal with it. Under current Data Protection regs it’s your duty to correct the information you hold.
