    @santanderuk You have notified my you are closing my business account without giving any reason, when I called and requested to keep ot open until the new financial year (as I have invoices pending) The op just repeated the date it will be closed! Awful customer service!

    @santanderuk I’m at my wits end with your technical support desk. A transation was sent to the ‘back office’ 7days ago for a 48hour investigation. Since then I’ve travelled to a branch made lots of phone calls and I still am locked out of my accounts. #CustomerService #terrible

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp WHY have you still got your 16 month out of@date switch offer described in your website and why is it top of the Google search??? This mislead me and no doubt countless others into the rigmarole required to switch when we could have gone elsewhere.

    Very panicked after stressful call with @santanderuk cycles. App says bike not docked. Bike now not at dock. Phoned to report and threatened with hundreds of pounds worth of charges and fines. Use this service twice a day to commute and cannot believe how they treat customers

    Spent a long time today supporting dad opening accounts on @Nationwide online banking. Their platform is awful, as bad as @santanderuk . Not intuitive at all, customer journey clunky, and changes not real time. he’d already wasted 2 hours trying to sort it on his own

    @pervlens @MetroBank_Help @santanderuk Omg I wouldn’t the app for metro bank regularly goes down and there is no access to anything! It was fine for years but the last few months have been shocking

    @dr_irfan_malik @santanderuk No, they are all terrible for both business and personal accounts. Also they employ so called 'business advisers' with no experience of anything at all to basically sell to you.
