    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @santanderuk It’s not even the lack of advanced notice (which is horrific) it’s the fact that I’ve apparently not had access to my money since 18th yet nothing has been said to me, nor does the app reflect this. I’ve called the number & that hasn’t helped. I’m switching my bank.

    @santanderuk @TSB I've been into a branch today to try and close my business account. Can't do it in branch. Can't do it online. Make a call and stay on the line for ages. Poor service. How can I do it?

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Visited your Northumberland St, Newcastle branch today to deposit some cash. Out of 4 machines that had cash deposit facilities, only 1 was working! Took 30 mins to deposit, machines were so slow there was a queue and huge queue for teller #dobetter
