    Disappointed that @santanderuk in Derby refused to certify my 18yr old's ID in order to open an account with another bank, despite her already being a Santander customer. So went to @LeedsBS who were much more helpful - thank you.

    @santanderuk hello, I’ve set up future date payment via online banking but I need this cancelled. But your customer services advised future payment cannot be stopped but you will need to contact the retailer. But the retailer never picks up their phone. Unhappy bank cannot help!

    Hi @santanderuk would like to report a fault on your phone banking. Every 20secs im told "Sorry to keep you waiting" This is excessive anyone would think you want me to hang up.... please fix asap

    Literally can’t believe I am typing this but 10 days later you still can’t make a payment to Santander with your card and still there is no message to advise you of this on the IVR this is the worst service I have ever had @santanderuk

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp @santanderukbiz Thanks for not embracing technology and creating a system where I can’t do anything with my money. I’m working offshore and have no cell signal so can’t receive OTP. Move out of the dark ages and use Authenticator or something else.

    Urrgghh 59 minutes on the phone to @santanderuk who are unable to send out an expenses PDF either via post or email, or have a copy to read online. It would appear I am FORCED to complete online Useless, a high % of the clients I manage would find that impossible

    Who can help me.? I'm starting work for a Switzerland based company whi have GB VAT AND GB Company registration numbers. They want to open a business account with a GB bank.@NatWestBusiness, @santanderuk have said no, and @HSBCUKBusiness don't answer their F****g phones...ever.

    @santanderuk I've applied for an account and got email on Monday to say it was now up and running. One slight issue, i haven't been given sort code or account number. How long will it take to get those details
