@santanderuk on the phone to you for over 35 minutes and you're still unable to resolve my query. Really, really poor customer service. Time to stop using Covid as an excuse, other banks are managing just fine now 🤷

@santanderuk I’ve been on hold waiting to speak to someone (I was put through by one operative) for over an hour. Your website can’t help me. My card isn’t working and no-one knows why. This is really poor.

As ever utterly sh*tty service from Santander @santanderuk @santanderukhelp 730pm and stuck on hold 30 mins already (with 1 nasty music box tune and no queue indicators) when you block my entire online banking access for a simple £100 online transaction even after OTP verify

When 'chat' functions are so bad, it's quicker to go into branch to get an answer from @HSBC_UK @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Broken experience design, never-answered messages. Replacing old message systems that at least worked. All about mighty profit & extreme rewards for some?
