@ciarale01 @santanderuk Oh no! Ciara, they are so quick. If in doubt put the phone down and call the bank yourself. Absolutely disgusting. The bank will sort it out for you, to get your much needed money back.

@santanderuk I was given a phone number to report application fraud 01908343925 and told it was open till 9, but it went to someone’s answerphone? Pls provide a number to report fraud to a human being - your website is useless

Well, @santanderuk continue with their incompetence. - request new card. Card doesn’t arrive. - Card has been sent to Nottingham because they’d changed my address in error. New card ordered and address changed back. -did I want the same pin code? Yes please. Card arrives…
