    @santanderuk bank with them if you want your health to suffer. People have missed treatments can’t get medication, cause this company can’t do their job. SHUT THEM DOWN.

    @santanderuk Hello, yes and they have submitted the data to Santander but came back as didn't meet t&C's despite Santander agent confirming that I had. Think error in the data they submit as my acc. wasn't open properly for 3 weeks. I have all the agent chat msgs+ call logs

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.

    @santanderuk I signed up for new bank acc. with £100 Amazon reward in Nov. Haven't received voucher, despite confirming with Santander support that fulfilled t&C's. Appears error on initial sign up so acc. wasn't active until dec. Error code bi_0023. Please help

    @santanderuk @FT how they are even allowed to operate beyond me. DIABOLICAL 0 customer service, whose money are you protecting?????? Block peoples bank and just don’t check what you ask for?? SCUM

    @santanderuk #santander can you image a bank with no customer service support? Send messages in the app, but don’t let you upload information. From a customer who went through advanced security for my last transaction 🤯
