    @santanderuk have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, quick enough to take your money but not one person wants to help you on the phone…shambles

    @santanderuk This continued for a further 24 hrs with over 35 new accts being opened. I, therefore, had to call to explain the situation. The call handler was helpful and said he would close the new accts but I was staggered that as a customer facing employee he was not aware of the situation

    @santanderuk Well, after authorising an unsanctioned withdrawal, they now cant give me access to my mobile or online banking! Cowboy banking basically. Customer service or security cant do a thing either!!

    @HWarlow @santanderuk I`ve heard in the past that Santander is totally RUBBISH (And that`s the polite version) when it comes to dealing with the estates of the dead which really doesn`t help the bereaved

    @santanderuk Then after updating my details I go on the app & you’ve cut off my mobile banking access so I have to do it all again 😡
