Hendondave (@Hendondave) reported@1Nicdar Banks have forgotten that they are there – first and foremost – to serve customers. Of course, what they do is make grotesque profits. I had to have dealings with @santanderuk at the start of the month and it was an awful experience. Even worse, they didn’t care how upset I was.

No reply so posted a formal complaint as they don't seem to do online for this type of issue. Phoning is hopeless. No reply. Seems they are dealing with it by simply ignoring me. Your main concern was for a big company not me
