    @santanderukhelp Back in @santanderuk Birkenhead again. Branch opens at 9.30am. At 9.35am one of the two cashiers working the tills stops serving customers and disappears for 5 minutes. Surely whatever she's doing could have been done before opening? Or when there were no customers in the queue?

    . @santanderuk now charging premium rates for customer service phone calls! Absolutely disgusting. Elderly father cannot even order himself a cheque book now.

    @santanderuk your customer service is atrocious. Your staff seem inept unfortunately. The simplest of requests that should be completed instantly are instead done incorrectly or just not done at all.
