Maybe because you cannot let me gain access to my accounts you will accept this as a formal complaint, return any interest you have made from my money whilst I haven’t been able to gain access. And recompense me for the stress. Petrol light flashing!!! #Santander @santanderuk

Never good when you go to pay for your trolley full of shopping (£116 worth!) in a busy @tesco and your @santanderuk card won’t work! Mobile banking wasn’t working either 😩 thankfully I could get cash out but my word, not a good experience especially when you have anxiety!

I just joined @santanderuk and it’s stopped working unable to login nor access my money it’s not even 1 month since we joined very bad service to be honest. Other banks give you advanced warning in such situations.e.g @Barclays

@santanderuk are you kidding me. Technical fault so can't get through on phone. New card sent out. Trying to put my tedco shop through and it saying error. Won't even let me carry on inputting my old card number 🤯 what the hell is going on!!! I have a food shop due tomorrow!!!

Worse day ever I go to @santanderuk only to find the bank is having computer trouble to all atms, tills & even mobile app not working & gotta put my money in the post office & hope & pray it’s clears when I try pay my bill as I won’t know if it has cleared 😭😭 #Santander
