@santanderuk How can I unblock my world elite credit card without having to call? Seems like a block that only CS can remove?

@santanderuk your phone queuing system is customer-hostile. Telling a caller that the queue is “More than 5 mins” when in fact it’s >45mins isn’t very helpful. Making customers wait 45mins and then simply dropping their call? Hostile. * repeatably - yes I checked!

@santanderuk message sent, but not holding out much hope as you have managed to ignore all recent emails ever since you offered compensation following your errors.

@santanderuk you said that yesterday and the day before. 3 days without access or an update is appalling way to treat your customers

@ForeverScept @santanderuk @antanddec Id check out the Martin Lewis website or download his app. There will be a deal to move to another bank and get cash back for doing it. Think my brother just moved to Nationwide for £175.

@santanderuk The first time I gave up after 90 minutes, this time it’s been almost 3 hours. What is the problem?

  • ClareWiener

@santanderuk I've now rang 3 times. I ended the call the 1st time and went to the app as directed. It was no help. Have called back twice now & the call has been terminated by Santander on both occasions before anyone even spoke to me 🤬

@santanderuk Has there been an issue with the banking app today? I have the page come up on my phone saying 'warning, transaction history may not be updated'

Dear @santanderuk please fix your mortgage arrears emails. I’ve made a payment plan, so don’t send me an email asking me to either pay in full or call to make an arrangement. It’s not too hard to set the system to check whether I’m sticking to the plan or not.
