  @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   @santanderuk @TSB His card doesn't work as I stated he's waiting for a new card, his memory is poor & he entered the pin incorrectly locking him out. A branch is his only access to cash without a card.

  @santanderuk when are you going to Reinstate your Online Customer Alerts for when a new Credit arrives in our ac? I asked this Q two years ago and all I got was ‘yes we’re working on it’. The ‘you’re overdrawn’ alerts still come through unfailingly. Really poor from Santander 👎

  Cant compliment the customer service @santanderuk on the phone & in branch enough. 3 times this week they have helped & advised me about what I can do while i wait for my replacement debit card which has been delayed by @RoyalMail not delivering in the expected timescales.

  I wonder if @santanderuk takeover of @TSB might improve latter’s customer service? Not holding my breath. Have spent half hour unsuccessfully trying to sort online bank transfer which is not going through; call centre v unhelpful. No wonder high blood pressure is so prevalent..

  @santanderuk Hello, yes and they have submitted the data to Santander but came back as didn't meet t&C's despite Santander agent confirming that I had. Think error in the data they submit as my acc. wasn't open properly for 3 weeks. I have all the agent chat msgs+ call logs
