@santanderuk what’s going on with cards beginning with 5356 as this problem has been going on 24 hours it needs sorting! Can someone answer me with a explanation? I’m waiting for some money to go in and it won’t go in because of this issue

@santanderuk I placed an order with asda George today.... isn't showing payment pending like normal. Will asda cancel my order. Its an item I have been waiting weeks for to be in stock so won't be happy if they can't get MY money. Seems to always be an issue with santander .

@santanderuk You need to get this sorted, you've changed all my cards over to MASTERCARD, guess what happens when there's an issue with Mastercard?! Had to walk out a shop earlier after already having the service, luckily they knew me.. Still need to pay them though.

@dobbo1878 @santanderuk If its skem asda.....dont use self check out. Not sure why.......they always lockout pins! Good luck. Are other peoples cards working as the other reason is if the card system has gone down

@santanderuk I can't check out my @Tesco order, as it is saying the bank can't "validate my card" .. never had any problems, and plenty of funds - is this tied to to ongoing problems?
