    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk Modern banking somehow manages to make you feel both over monitored and completely unsupported at the same time. Blocking important payments while removing basic human service is the exact kind of thing that drives people mad. @hnjsamuels

    @HalifaxBank “UK property market cooling is short term” @michaeljburry where I have heard that before? is there another ‘big short’ in play? Who’s playing the short? I feel problems for liquidity with @santanderuk coming 2027 with there combined credit and mortgage products.

    Find it hard to believe how poor @santanderuk customer service is, been with them since Abbey National days (40+ years) unbelievably poor, certainly not the bank they were

    @santanderuk Can I get confirmation that there was an error with the account being opened and the date it was resolved please? Then use that date as account opening.

    @santanderuk clearly in either a cyber attack or major infrastructure issues! What is it? Your customers NEED to know - especially when one of your junior fraud callers said YES you are undergoing a cyber incident! Want me to post more of the call?

    @HWarlow @santanderuk I`ve heard in the past that Santander is totally RUBBISH (And that`s the polite version) when it comes to dealing with the estates of the dead which really doesn`t help the bereaved
