    The #customerservice from @santanderuk has been pretty atrocious. Using the app for support is ridiculous. Requested a balance transfer nearly a month ago and it still hasn’t happened despite being told 3-5 days #overdrawn

    @santanderuk Your payment feature on your website is down for the second month in a row and now your telephone banking is unable to take payments. Last month I tried to pay direct from my bank via the app but you sent 1 payment back. Worst service ever?

    @santanderuk very disappointing experience today having transferred hubby to you, spent almost 2 hours on hold to speak to someone, admits your staff made an error then rather than deal as she said she would, she puts my call back into the queue. Second thoughts for the transfer

    Hello @santanderuk, how come I can only dowload transactions in CSV for the last 12 months? It gives me some insight into your antiquated back-end. Do you need help from someone like me? Frankly, it's rubbish.

    @santanderuk tried to call as my credit card has gone 2 wrong address. Waited over 10 mins yesterday and 13 mins today before I gave up. I can't get online to tell you as I have no log in.
