Come on @santanderuk I’ve spent 30 minutes holding already, for a 6 minute call, and now 18 minutes with the phone just ringing out to the Mortgage Dept. #pandemic #covid can no longer be used as an excuse for crappy customer service @financialombuds is this acceptable?

The fact that banks don’t transfer money on weekends shows how much more we have to do as a human civilisation. What if people’s family’s are starving and someone sent them money to help. Now they have to wait an entire day. So damn broken.. @santanderuk @BBCNews @elonmusk
