    @bethanjenkins @MorganCymraes @santanderuk I can’t even access the funds at all! They have blocked my app access as well as my access through the website. Absolutely horrid situation as whatever money GoFundMe sent me so far I put into my account so I could transfer easily. They have blocked it all. We were given a bill,

    @TCymreig @santanderuk Santander are a horrendous bank. My family have had issues with them in the past, feel for you having to deal with this on top of everything else

    @TCymreig @santanderuk They were absolutely awful with my mother. She was over 100, deaf and couldn’t understand them over the phone. They wouldn’t accept that we had power of attorney and refused to talk to us. They were taking double rent out her account and we just couldn’t get them to sort it.

    @TCymreig @MfanwyEvans @santanderuk I also contacted the support service, they didn't do anything with the problem....but i was able to recover my account with the help of CYBERCR3CK on instagram .He is legit and trusted.

    @bethanjenkins @MorganCymraes @santanderuk I honestly feel so terrible having to ask Liz again. She has been phenomenal throughout this since the day it began. Been on the phone holding from my friend’s phone who walked over middle of the night to help me make this call. Going on for over 4 hours so far!

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Is honestly the worst bank I’ve dealt with, over 2 hours on the phone and still don’t have access to my account. The most unempathetic and unethical bank I’ve had to deal with. Now have to drive over 30 miles to a branch to sort this out.
