Just had the worst customer service experience with @santanderuk @santanderukhelp 45 mins of complete uselessness!The advisor did not have a clue how to deal with my enquiry (simple ISA / new account). Get a grip of your agents Santander! I will never bank / invest with you! 😡😤

@MoneySavingExp can you help? The lovely people at @santanderukhelp closed my bank account today with no notice. I only found out when I went to pay for the diesel I had put in my car. I was forced into bankruptcy a year ago by an and it’s taken @santanderuk this long to act.

@manzanotti @santanderuk @TfL Yeah the app experience is awful. So is the membership key system if you're new to it - even if you set up the CPA and request a key online, you still have to call them and tell them to post it??? The whole system is a bit of a mess

Patiently awaiting someone to ring me from the complaints department @santanderuk a week on when promised a release of my money within 48hrs. Poor communication, victim or fraud several times with this bank but not with other companies I use. Treated like **** I have been. 😡
