    @santanderuk Hello. Your online banking sign up page is not working. Tells me all fields marked '*' must be completed, and they are. Various browsers across desktop and mobile tried. You'd think an automated smoke test pack would pick this up. Not a great new user experience.

    @santanderuk Still seems to be an issue? Payments showing as gone in, but the balance in my account hasn’t changed so it’s like the money isn’t actually there..

    My call to @santanderuk appeared to be answered after 57 minutes delay. The number rang several times and then it went dead. I kept shouting "hello" down the line to no avail. The result is that I have wasted an hour for nothing.

    @santanderuk Woeful service. Trying to report lost card since before 8pm this evening. On hold for 2h 45m and counting. Can’t use app as phone was lost also. online banking via chat bot - useless. Now have to go to bed uncertain about account security. Pitiful.

    Been with @santanderuk since I was a baby & the one time I need their help. I spend 1 hour 23 minutes on hold to be told you need to place your request online. Now I’m on line I can submit as it won’t accept any photos 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. Maybe a change is needed !!!

    @santanderuk have you acknowledged that your online services are experiencing issues? Trying to log into my online banking on a new device but the phone authentication doesn't work. So no one can log into their online banking on a new device atm. #santanderdown #downdetector
