    @santanderuk Still waiting for an update from ‘Mark’ wondering if he is imaginary at this point. Numerous emails trying to ensure payment was not taken and it now has been! Frustrated is not even the word now - SORT YOUR **** OUT SANTANDER

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Visited your Northumberland St, Newcastle branch today to deposit some cash. Out of 4 machines that had cash deposit facilities, only 1 was working! Took 30 mins to deposit, machines were so slow there was a queue and huge queue for teller #dobetter
