George (@bipolar_thfc) reported@santanderuk I'm getting seriously stressed out with this. To wait 45 mins in a call that has been rinsing me only to not be able to log in is a joke. I'm back on the phone waiting. This needs to be fast tracked. You're costing me money and getting me fined and messing up my credit score

Ash 1974๐ด๐ (@andy_horner) reported@santanderuk Well, after authorising an unsanctioned withdrawal, they now cant give me access to my mobile or online banking! Cowboy banking basically. Customer service or security cant do a thing either!!

Clare Wiener (@ClareWiener) reported@santanderuk Omg absolutely appalling service. Having been on the phone for almost 2 hrs I was told I was hostile. Absolutely not! I was frustrated by your appalling service. I've now been told I need to call back on Monday. Santander won't call me! Just how much time do I have to waste?

Diane Greger (@DianeGreger) reported@HWarlow @santanderuk Incompetent employees are hired mostly DEI and how no idea about customer service nor how to do the job correctly.
-
Clare Wiener (@ClareWiener) reported@santanderuk I've now rang 3 times. I ended the call the 1st time and went to the app as directed. It was no help. Have called back twice now & the call has been terminated by Santander on both occasions before anyone even spoke to me ๐คฌ

John Elsworth (@JohnElsworth) reported@santanderuk why are you asking me for my passport, employer details and money paid in from my employer and threatening to stop my bank app from working. If for one second my app doesn't work how it should I will close my account. You know all of the information already
-
Sports Takes (@nfl_seahawks00) reported@santanderuk The only problem is that this is a closed account from years ago. Would I be able to resolve this in the bank

Keebs ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ๐ฌ๐ง (@keebsonx) reported@santanderuk Let's be honest, my experience with Santander went exactly as expected. Your app is shocking. Your website is shocking. Your telephone service is shocking.

Lee Hayward (@vibedcoder) reported@santanderuk holding my accounts hostage on the mobile banking app. Until I provide them with a bunch of personal information they have no right asking for. It's finally happening. Just as the conspiracy theorists warned. Santander want to know how much money I make, employment status, photo ID, national insurance number etc. Wonder if they'll cut me off from my money if I keep refusing? They already restricted my access to the mobile app. I've been with them for over 20 years, they can see where my money is coming from and going to, they already have my up to date information... So why all of a sudden do they want me to fill out an online form like I'm some kind of suspect? ****.
