...@santanderuk took the settlement amount from my bank account. Almost £10,000. Eight days later, Santander have still not received the @webuyanycar amount. I am out of pocket. I have been trying to speak to someone, but as 'online Co' they do not have a dedicated customer..

... Service number. I've tweeted them, DMd them on all social media platforms, but apart from a curt response on FB DM saying amount paid 26 August, with no other details, and no proof of payment, no one has contacted me. The amount has NOT been received by @santanderuk and they

Appalling service from @santanderuk - 2 hours on the phone trying to justify why I want to move money to my savings account with another bank! Result is I’m now barred out of online banking for 24 hrs until the ‘back office team’ decides if I can transfer my own money 🤬

@santanderuk I'm hugely disappointed with your customer service team. A quantity of 46 refunds were sent to me, from @Googlestadia, overnight and only 4 turned up. The other 42 were on a, now, expired debit card. Why can your CS team not help me? Why can they not explain ANYTHING

@santanderuk it takes less than 24hrs to be notified you’ve cancelled your mortgage DD yes we’ve remortgaged because you wouldn’t help ! And it takes 14 days to process the difference owed ? Now slammed with charges because you can’t give us what we are owed absolute robbers 😡
