    Never seen anything quite as rubbish as the Santander mobile banking app chat . They tell you how you can close your account on there but when you go on there they make it impossible to get past the first 2 questions. I want to close my credit card account @santanderuk HELP

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Got people trying to commit fraud on my account and I can’t get through to any c*nt On hold for over an hour. Utterly useless
