    Dear @santanderuk please fix your mortgage arrears emails. I’ve made a payment plan, so don’t send me an email asking me to either pay in full or call to make an arrangement. It’s not too hard to set the system to check whether I’m sticking to the plan or not.

    @santanderuk pop up on app that you have to give more details who is owned by a 3rd party, elderly family member who can't do this and a phone call too yourselves with no help given #poorservice#notelderlyfriendly#responseisrequired🤯🤯🤯

    @santanderuk when an elderly disabled housebound person needs help to get logged into your app and the nearest branch is 20 miles away, why do you not provide support to visit at home?

    @santanderuk Thanks for responding, but I've already used that tool. The issue itself is with capturing the photo of the cheque. No matter what angle, light or background, your app won't complete the process. Awful. Just awful. 👍
