    @nicperrins @santanderuk We use Metro at work, about 15 different accounts, and they at least answer the phone pretty quickly. Website is a bit basic but it works!

    @santanderuk I went and visit your branch to open a mini account they said their diaries are not open and have to call back every time I try and call your branch directly costing me money they don’t have they’re diaries open. Not happy with service.

    @santanderukhelp another hour has passed and my daughter is still waiting to speak to a fraud advisor. This is just awful. Shameful that #santanderuk can’t provide a decent helpline for customers who have been victims of fraud

    @santanderuk some people take years building their credit files. Your one MISTAKE has bought my credit down to 30!!! I was on 500! It’s important to me, that you remove it. As I pay, so DONT SAY I DONT. Take my money & LIE. #Cancel

    @santanderuk Disgraceful customer service. #Santander changing free phone numbers to pay numbers and if you don't like it you can close your account.

    @santanderuk, I didn’t want to do this, but I want to make a complaint with trying to get through to your customer service line, 8 times I’ve tried and been put on hold for over a hour and had to to use my lunch break to try and get through. I need to use this card. Kind regards

    @santanderuk what a absolute joke of a banking organisation! How can u leave a buisness for 11 weeks with access to there own account? No one to contact u say! Not in this day and age your effectively going to close a buisness with your slack buisness….

    @santanderuk @antanddec You are taking customers for April Fools, closing branches and reducing branch hours. At mine u have to queue down street to get in, never enough staff, need more hours not less.
