    @santanderuk I am so disappointed with your service at Ilford branch. No one was available to help despite waiting 2 hours. The phone service is a joke, been waiting half an hour and have now given up. Hopefully you see this and respond. I'll look to take mine elsewhere.

    .@santanderuk your automated chat function is really, really terrible and it's impossible to get hold of someone on the phone. God help any pensioner trying to bank with you.

    @santanderuk why are you asking me for my passport, employer details and money paid in from my employer and threatening to stop my bank app from working. If for one second my app doesn't work how it should I will close my account. You know all of the information already
