    @santanderuk dreadful service, international payment = a 25 mins phone call, 31 questions, endless ‘let me check’ and now my account is blocked whilst I wait for your ‘back office’ to do some more checks, I’ll just wait for you shall I? Or use another provider………

    @ForeverScept @santanderuk @antanddec Id check out the Martin Lewis website or download his app. There will be a deal to move to another bank and get cash back for doing it. Think my brother just moved to Nationwide for £175.

    Under FCA’s Consumer Duty @santanderuk UK has a duty to avoid causing foreseeable harm and provide timely support. +4 hours locked out of a fee-paying account over a small euro payment, with zero communication, fails both tests. Formal complaint logged. @financialombuds @WhichUK
