@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk have been like this for years. i had my card skimmed. they said the pin was used. when i looked to see where it was used it was on the opposite side of the island i was on. I tried to make them see sense. no joy. down a G and they had no interest in helping.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk are a terrible bank. They allowed Crawley Council to take 2 £600 payments for council tax despite never having lived there. The name on the Council tax was a female yet they still allowed it to happen. I had to fight them for the money back. @firstdirect 4 me now👍🏻

@IAmAGiantMonkey @santanderuk Write to @vyper_eth to help you trace where your fund went to and possible to recover some

@charlesarthur @santanderuk But you still have to defeat the biometric login first. How was that done?

  • mt0neg ... (@mt0neg) reported

@MorganBroadcast What you need to do is get on TV news. Get the word out publicly so that no one else gets victimized by @santanderuk. This will also insure that the STAKEHOLDERS of santanderuk, while sitting down to dinner, will hear the WHOLE THING! Public uproar with no escape is what it takes

  • hawksy_1 Adam (@hawksy_1) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk They have to prove that you were GROSSLY negligent. From my experience, the ombudsman will side with you. Recommend reading about similar cases on their website.

@MorganBroadcast What a terrible story and a cautionary tale. I’m so sorry and hope @santanderuk do the right thing

  • Hopkinsonjudy Nanny Old (@Hopkinsonjudy) reported

@MorganBroadcast I would keep writing this on Santander and Virgin social media accounts. Customers of @santanderuk and @virgin need to be warned about their horrible customer service. Good luck.

@MorganBroadcast I can’t help but I send a virtual hug and implore @santanderuk to do the right thing.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK Did you have face recognition switched on for your banking app too? If so and they had a way of getting through this, perhaps a pic of you? They could then access your banking app, get your pin from within that, and receive any calls they need to change your banking details
