@alex_thfc22 @Barclays @santanderuk Working in banking you need Santander to deal with it as they will be able to locate the payment, Barclays won’t.

I already have - 3 times in fact. Was advised to go to branch. Did this, with passport/driving license/bill.., still told to go elsewhere! STILL waiting after 40hours plus for access to my own account @santanderuk
