    @alex_thfc22 @Barclays @santanderuk Working in banking you need Santander to deal with it as they will be able to locate the payment, Barclays won’t.

    @santanderuk Thanks for the apologies, it would be better if management knew we were thinking of leaving because we won't wait 20 mins every time we need to speak to someone with a problem that can't be resolved with a pointless chat bot or automated system.

    Nice two hour journey to Wirral to buy a car. tried paying garage for @santanderuk to kindly flag up the purchase as unusual activity & block all our accounts & tell us it’ll be 48 hours to resolve the issue leaving us stranded in Liverpool with no money & a hungry 1 year old 👍🏻

    @santanderuk @TSB Why have you blocked peoples bank accounts? Why have you blocked peoples bank cards? Why can people not access their own money? Why have you frozen business accounts with ZERO warning? You have already admitted you have made 3 mistakes and yet STILL refuse to release th funds and open the accounts. I am trying to close the accounts and cannot as you will not allow it. Meanwhile I cannot access a penny. Disgrace.

    I was told yesterday that it takes upto three working days for someone to get back to you from @santanderuk regards a complaint on my account caused by a member of staff making a mistake. What great service

    @santanderuk @FT how they are even allowed to operate beyond me. DIABOLICAL 0 customer service, whose money are you protecting?????? Block peoples bank and just don’t check what you ask for?? SCUM
