  @alex_thfc22 @Barclays @santanderuk Working in banking you need Santander to deal with it as they will be able to locate the payment, Barclays won’t.

  @santanderuk @TSB Letting elderly customers down badly..My dad's local branch was shut down so I drove 10miles to the next so he could withdraw cash while waiting for a new card. Shut for refurb!.Only that I was able to give him cash myself to tide him over he would be stuck 😡

  @santanderuk I hope your ******* branches go up in flames I’m not even joking Imagine receiving a payment 3 days ago. Using that money. Then going to use more today for a block to be on my account. Two kids and I can’t access my money for “10 working days” die you bastards.

  @santanderuk Thanks for the apologies, it would be better if management knew we were thinking of leaving because we won't wait 20 mins every time we need to speak to someone with a problem that can't be resolved with a pointless chat bot or automated system.

  @kevinsamuel Thanks Kevin. It’s not so much financial problems as service problems. I have never had such bad customer service as @santanderuk over last two weeks. And I’ve dealt dozens of banks.

  @santanderuk You are USELESS! Saturday on a bank holiday weekend & still no replacement debit card after reporting it lost on Monday morning. I have no means to replace my broken mobile phone because every online payment method other than debit card uses phone verification! 😡😡

  @nickkeca @santanderuk blocked my credit card for buying something from a supplier I'd used before and I authorised it with my fingerprint on the app. They still thought it was fraud. Then took hours to sort out. I need a new credit card provider as this is just over the top ****.

  The @santanderuk app is so terrible. Can't even pay off my credit card on it, have to log in to online banking. Literally the most useless app ever.

  @santanderuk Having great results thanks to stealing customer's money. But then anyone braindead enough to keep their money with these fascists deserves to have no access to them.
