@alex_thfc22 @Barclays @santanderuk Working in banking you need Santander to deal with it as they will be able to locate the payment, Barclays won’t.

Friend just found lady’s purse, containing cards, d/licence 200 miles from her home. He called @santanderuk to ask them to call their customer, and pass on his no. so she can confirm current address (hotel?), and he will recorded delivery. “Can’t do that Sir, data protection”.

@santanderuk not impressed I was told that cut off point they would call me is six o'clock , and yet again I have been let down big time, basically do not trust what this company promises you , I was supposed to have a call about a escalation complaint, and i was promised

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk You should have a service dedicated to elderly people or at the least have someone come out and visit sick elderly people in hospital. I'll be writing to the CEO to improve your services for the elderly which are currently not fit for purpose.

. @santanderuk Hi, what's going on with your bank? Constant probs with your website and now getting a 404 error when trying to sign into online banking. Meanwhile your branches are now open only 4.5 hours a day. This isn't good customer service.
