  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @santanderuk Prevent me from getting access to my money. That you’d prevent my DD’a and bills from being paid. No attempt whatsoever to inform me what was happening with my account. No attempt to confirm Receipt of the emails telling my wife that my account would be blocked for no reason.

  @santanderuk @TSB No good changes so far experience by a longterm customer who has spent hours on the phone trying to get an account added to the app due to address format not syncing with my other account address when Santander set up the new account address! Will be moving all my accounts.

  @santanderuk I have been to Tottenham court rd Lewisham and Eltham to try to pay moNey into my account but no cash points accepting cash for deposits. ???? Wtf
