  @alex_thfc22 @Barclays @santanderuk Working in banking you need Santander to deal with it as they will be able to locate the payment, Barclays won’t.

  @chaosprimeZ @santanderuk I can imagine! Their customer service for me was non existant. On the other hand, although I havent suffered fraud since, Nationwides branch staff have virtually fell over themselves to help with other queries.

  @santanderuk - I’m still waiting, that’s another 4 hours and still no access to the banking services I’ve already paid you fo just becuase you feel like you need to go slow @MartinSLewis is this normal to block access or should I be looking elsewhere

  @santanderuk Hi. I'm trying to pay off a bill, and I'm not receiving the OTP. I've tried everything you've suggested, and still nothing, but I can receive other texts etc absolutely fine, please can you look into this problem? It's not the first time this issue has occurred.
