    @alex_thfc22 @Barclays @santanderuk Working in banking you need Santander to deal with it as they will be able to locate the payment, Barclays won’t.

    @santanderuk I’ve been on the phone over and hour to report fraudulent activity on my account and I’m still on hold I’m changing to Barclays there a better bank 🏦 because your service is appalling to say the least

    I couldn't make this **** up So I've spent 30mins in a queue at @santanderuk for them to tell me they can't do anything other than phone the number I did and also sit in the at least 45min queue before we can start to sort my problem out. What ********
