Kevin Baker (@KevinBa07776436) reported@gray_schofield @santanderuk This is typical poor service from banks. I used to work in an FCA regulated financial organisation and deal with Executive Complaints. Come on Santander do the right thing. Open the accounts, uphold the complaint and pay compensation

Francis Kinsler (@fdkin1) reported@santanderuk branch in Oxford. More like a coffee shop than a branch. Directed upstairs to wait and left for ages. This does not add value to the end customer. Wtf have you done? 🤔🙄😔😡
-
Precyshun (@precyshun) reported@santanderuk Still waiting for an update from ‘Mark’ wondering if he is imaginary at this point. Numerous emails trying to ensure payment was not taken and it now has been! Frustrated is not even the word now - SORT YOUR **** OUT SANTANDER

Barry (@Gowithbazza1) reported.@santanderuk, you're asking me questions. You already know the answers to you know what goes into my account and where it's from WTF. I do not have the mental capacity to deal with this **** hull. you're digging me into. Please STOP!!

Tyler (@Empty_With_You) reported@santanderuk For the record, you withholding MY money from me & preventing my bills from being paid isn’t an “inconvenience”. The fact that not a single notification was sent to me, nor is there anything on my account to show there’s a block makes it even worse.

Sorare Rhino (@FifaThing) reportedUpdate day 7 @santanderuk have proved they are a joke of a bank and allowed a company @AirFranceUK @airfrance to take money out of my account for a service (flights)not provide any flights or confirmation regarding flights but because its not the banks money they are ok with it

shaun Murray (@shaunpmurray49) reported@hnjsamuels @santanderuk Banks are a pile of **** never open when normal people work

William Poel (@wpoel) reported@claudelittner @santanderuk @cahoot Claude: I just got told in an email from Cahoot "Important Information - 25/05/2026 Dear MR ......... You may need to take action Please log on to your Online Banking as soon as possible. You have an important new document to read....." I haven't had contact with Cahoot for ~20 years and the task of exhuming old contact info (or anything else) is going to be vast. And if I do, 99% it will be spam or an offer to sell me something - not news of an error in my favour for £50k. Banks sending out these types of messages create a lot of hassle - and there needs to be a way of getting a fast track summary to determine if it is worth the effort.
-
Tyler (@Empty_With_You) reportedThe ******* crooks @santanderuk have put a block on my bank account without ANY warning because I didn’t change my contact details due to them already being correct. Absolute ******* scumbags.

Msy (@MsyMiss754) reported@santanderuk The message was sent sometime before 9am this morning - still nothing. Why get in touch with a customer if they haven’t reviewed the complaint already??
