@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Santander local banks no longer accept foreign cheques; these now have to be sent to their FCD team in Merseyside, thus absolving themselves of any responsibility & costs should a cheque go missing which mine has! Thanks a bunch #Santander #Service?

@santanderuk all your branches are shutting down but you don’t answer your phones and your “chat” function is a bot. You’re providing Zero service to your customers

Top job @santanderuk! Let me send a secure message via online banking, then send an email to say the service is no longer available. Send the same message to the online chat, to which the bot replied “I’m not sure I understand” Ask to speak to an agent, “Sorry, none available” 😒

@santanderuk If you have a complaint about this bank, please make it official. Get ut registered and follow it up to ombudsman if necessary. Damaging their status may bring then down from the impunity stratosphere in which they operate

@santanderuk Your fraud department is shocking. I have called twice to sort and twice no one to take the call after 20 mins on hold both times. Expect a call. Cannot access online either. Going to regulator without adequate response
