@santanderuk after 2 weeks in Thailand you have decided without warning to block me from my funds leaving me with no way to contact you, no way to pay for a hotel and no way to get off the island I am currently on. This leaves me in a bad situation. unblock my card immediately!

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Called 3 times now and been on hold 35 mins and cut off, No human webchat or email contact. Why is it so impossible to get help with being able to use my bank card. @antanddec don’t mention that in the adverts 🤬😤

@santanderukhelp 2 hours left in my hotel before I have no access to water, shelter and electricity in nearly 40°c heat. And this is @santanderuk supposedly keeping me safe

Hey @santanderuk I've raised a refund request with @pizzahutdeliver as advised over the phone earlier Apparently I need to try to resolve unauthorized payments with them before you can help? But @pizzahutdeliver are arguing that this isn't true?

Oh dear @santanderuk , I’ve always said I’m happy with your service when many others moaned but not today. You clearly don’t want to help me by phone as wait time crazy and your robot on chat doesn’t understand my question. All I need is to get my new card!

As a result, I will be closing my account as coupled with the batch closures, if both the internet/physical
