    @santanderuk have literally blocked my current account after switching to them and are not sending me any updates despite me calling them 4 times. They can’t even give me the name of the department who handles my account. Disgraceful, criminal service. @santanderukhelp

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.

    @santanderuk stop sending emails about using my overdraft when the reason it happened is because you stopped sending texts to say I was nearing it. I received no notification you were doing this. Surely you’ve noticed I only pay bills from them, useless bank with no cust service
