    @santanderuk @twinklresources Your online service doesn't work as it doesn't recognise my pin. I am currently unable to speak after surgery and have no other means of contacting as you have no email or chat Service as I can't log. Please can you contact me to resolve as this feels very poor service

    @santanderukhelp My friend took a 21 month 0% £5K balance transfer. Initial DD set £50, @santanderuk tried to take £5K yesterday-payment declined. Same happened today. Credit score is being ruined. Customer services have said it will take 3days to sort! Can you DM me urgently.

    @santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk
