@santanderuk problems after problems with this bank card payments not working again this is a regular thing with this bank it’s happened to me at least 4 times in 6 months so monday my account with u shall be closed full stop it’s embarrassing and im not happy

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk I was on the phone for 100m to remove a block on my account. It was a regular payment. This is not acceptable. Your web chat team did not help and need more training. As a result, I will be closing my account as coupled with the batch closures, if both the internet/physical
