    Tried to activate my @santanderuk CC. App shows a balance, website shows a balance, text message arrives saying I haven't activated it. I'm confused. Can't call as it's Christmas and online doesn't show an obvious option.

    @santanderuk Receive an email from Santander saying" am I ready for investing, we are waiting for you."Joke really when waiting for debit card replacement,contacted them 3 times since 23ed Dec about nfc not working on app with new card details and no way of paying for petrol

    @santanderuk your customer journey online and on mobile is a mess. Just need to speak to a real person and it's like a digital gauntlet of bots and too many different types of passwords to remember. Can't believe I'm gonna have to go into a branch for such a simple request.
