    Absolute joke @santanderuk I’ve been on the phone 53 minutes first time, no response. Second time 43 minutes, connected but no one picked up. I have a issue with my card and currently while out at the shops

    @santanderuk my husbands card has been declined with available funds. Waiting to talk to customer services for 1.5 hours with an extra cut off for good measure - shocking customer services.
