    @santanderuk I can no longer use your banking app because it requires iOS13. My 4yr old iPhone 6 does not support above iOS12 so you are in fact supporting Apples throw away #ewaste culture.

    @StarlingBank do you have any information how long it Will take from getting personal account till i Can apply for a sole trader account? I have Been with @santanderuk for 15 years but they dont support #profitfirst and have not been v helpful

    Cheers @santanderuk for highlighting potential fraud on my account, then calling to put me in a queue to speak to someone, to then be hung up on. First class service as always 👎🏻

    @santanderuk Absolutely disgusting telephone banking customer service. Have been holding on to speak to a human being for 30 MINUTES!

    @santanderuk absolutely shocking service, no branches left, hours on hold (yes I know there is a pandemic but other banks have moved on) and the online 'Chat-Bot' is useless. Please go elsewhere and find yourself a modern bank in the 21st century, catch up you useless lot!

    @CStewart_CS @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I work in financial services and it's not uncommon to be on hold for over an hour. Our staff wear headsets so they can carry on working while waiting for the phone to get answered or we'd lose hours of the day. Theyll blame covid but it's been poor for a lot longer!

    Customer service helplines havent improved in 2022, 35 minutes on hold so far - I do have opther things to do. Employ more staff please. Todays its @santanderuk 😠 tomorow some other company, they dont care.
