@StarlingBank do you have any information how long it Will take from getting personal account till i Can apply for a sole trader account? I have Been with @santanderuk for 15 years but they dont support #profitfirst and have not been v helpful

@santanderuk not the best customer service.. literally was on hold for half an hour then it started ringing for another half an hour with no one answering? This was the only time I had to call today after attempting to call yesterday as well.

I set up an account from my son when he was born with Alliance and Leicester (Now part of @santanderuk) He starts at University this weekend but @Santander say they have no record of the account despite us having the paperwork. Hmm I can’t help feel I’ve been cheated.

@drs1969 Customer service, like bug fixing, is somehow unimportant once they've got your money. E.g. @santanderuk having a known bug on their account switching service for several months

@jennzahling @santanderuk I was recommended to @AntiTrafico_DF they were able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. They even work on banned, locked accounts. I recommend them✅

Shoddy service from #SantanderUK who cancelled a meeting at the last minute and will not reimburse the cost of the ticket I bought to get there.
