    @santanderuk I can no longer use your banking app because it requires iOS13. My 4yr old iPhone 6 does not support above iOS12 so you are in fact supporting Apples throw away #ewaste culture.

    @toryboypierce @TSB Same as @santanderuk trying to get through to customer service through their online bot “Sandi” is an absolute shambles. I currently have accounts and insurance with them. That will change in the very near future. No customer service here either.

    What an absolute joke @santanderuk phone service is. 45 minutes for a simple call. 5 minutes of that was just to say they were busy. Even making me Google something that they had in front of them to tell them the same answer. Absolutely ridiculous.

    @santanderuk Your ‘security’ OTP etc process is fundamentally broken. Just send me the password, I don’t need the paragraph of waffle! Has ANYONE on your dev team actually USED the App/Website. Awful, utterly awful!

    Verily I say, it's easier to plait snot than have a meaningful phone conversation with @santanderuk. Why does call agents answering the phone at home mean it takes longer to answer the phone? Very bored of businesses irrelevantly pointing to C19 as reason for weak service.

    @santanderuk never known a phone service so shocking in all my life. Sat on hold for 45 minutes to get through, for the person to tell me ‘your details haven’t been registered with our machine, you’ll have to call back’. There’s fraud activity on my account. This is an Emergancy!

    @santanderuk MAYBE it's time to hire a bunch lads to answer the phone when we make a fkn urgent call. Just maybe. Can't wait for 00:25 min (and still here), what an awful and lame service. Invest on your bloody customers ffs. I'm quitting after this, not joking.
