@santanderuk been fobbed by your customer care team too many times now about trying to book an appointment at your Ealing Broadway branch. Every time they say they’ll get the branch to ring me to arrange a time, still waiting…absolute joke.

Question for @santanderuk - do you only offer an online service now? You don't seem to have a phone number on your website and your chat function says it doesn't understand my question, which I put succinctly and clearly. It then directed me to manage my account online.

@Hysterix92 @santanderuk Thank you I just hit my limit time and time again cos the steam feels never ending the slurs from the same people saying everyone suffers with MH. Im lucky I have a lot of good friends and people I follow on here that support me but its still gets hard.

Trying to open a new bank account with @santanderuk but there is a problem with documents. We chat can’t help. Not possible to speak to someone on the phone. Very poor service. I will take my custom elsewhere.
