    @santanderuk I can no longer use your banking app because it requires iOS13. My 4yr old iPhone 6 does not support above iOS12 so you are in fact supporting Apples throw away #ewaste culture.

    @StarlingBank do you have any information how long it Will take from getting personal account till i Can apply for a sole trader account? I have Been with @santanderuk for 15 years but they dont support #profitfirst and have not been v helpful

    @santanderuk your support team and all in all service has been absolutely dreadful in helping me cash an international cheque. No updates and when I call no one seems to have a clue what is going on. Please can you provide me with better service. Issues been ongoing for 2 months

    disappointing result trying to continue mortgage @santanderuk #nhsworker working two jobs within the #nhs wouldn’t accept second income as not having a payslip every week even tho good income every month. needing to move and leave mortgage early.#thanksfornothing @antanddec
