    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I have just shown her your tweet and she has sensibly decided against an account with @santanderuk . The last thing anyone should feel is that this is the kind of Customer Service that you would recieve if you found yourself the victim of a crime.

  • nic_i9876 N.I.C (@nic_i9876) reported

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK Did you have face recognition switched on for your banking app too? If so and they had a way of getting through this, perhaps a pic of you? They could then access your banking app, get your pin from within that, and receive any calls they need to change your banking details

  • Lolisa46 Lisa Hignett (@Lolisa46) reported

    I demand as a long standing customer that #Santander remove View Pin from the app. Just saw it and too scared to look at my own pin in case I’m hacked! @santanderuk

  • minerva101 s. mary bennett🇺🇦 (@minerva101) reported

    @MorganBroadcast Awful. @santanderuk - you really need to address this

  • crimmins_rob Rob Crimmins (@crimmins_rob) reported

    @MorganBroadcast @lilrobbergirl @santanderuk WTF are u doing

  • tsherlock_nosh NoSh*tSherlock (@tsherlock_nosh) reported

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK This must be painful. However the police must have issued a report that should state your locker was broken into and things stolen. you should be able to submit this report to Santander for them to return all of your lost money. Report them to the Omundsbund if they don’t

  • staceyemmariley Stacey Riley (@staceyemmariley) reported

    @MorganBroadcast This is awful. I’m looking for a new bank account but won’t be considering @santanderuk

  • saaalliso Stephanie (@saaalliso) reported

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk you should be ******* ashamed of yourselves for putting the blame of this criminality on the VICTIM and for, when you are more than capable of helping, have done absolutely nothing other than show you don't actually care jack **** about your loyal customers 🖕

  • Ind3pendent7 CJ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴‍☠️ (@Ind3pendent7) reported

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk But to access PIN they’d need your 6 digit security passcode (the banks one) I can’t fathom how they did it. Unless it’s an inside job at virgin they’d have your deets via membership

  • ThomasC44047913 weeDesbhoy (@ThomasC44047913) reported

    @theophilus21C @santanderuk You can access your card pin from the phone app. And yes, anyone who can access or clone your smart phone, IS YOU, to the bank. Don't know if its all banks, but defo Santander. Could tell you a few horror stories about that particular banks ' fraud prevention' decisions.
