    Why is @santanderuk service so agravating. App hasn't worked for 2 days, I try to log in online but I need to confirm on the app that doesn't f**** work. I phone them, go through the usual bollox only to be cut off before you speak to someone. GRR, they'll run the country next!

    @santanderuk we are trying to change the phone number which allows my Dad to access his online account. Our 4th phone isn’t going very well. My dad is 91 in February - frail, quite deaf & feeling completely lost as your people struggle to do it. Which regulator do we complain to?

    @santanderuk Over 2 hours on hold, disconnected during conversations with 2 operators, only to be disconnected again when I called back. What a shambles and quite possibly the worst customer support I have encountered…ever!

    @santanderuk apparently the block on my account has been removed but then they said that yesterday. Please convey to your mysterious “back office team” that I will be moving to another bank as soon as I can. I would hate to take them by surprise and end up destitute - again.

    @santanderuk I have now been on hold to you for and hour and a quarter. This is after i took the time out to go into town to resolve this issue at the branch but they could not do it and advised me to call. Do you consider this to be an adequate level of support?

    @santanderuk I've been trying to extend the term of my Santander mortgage but it is has taken so long and been handled so inefficiently that I no longer qualify as the ONS qualification criteria has changed. Appalling service.
