What a joke @santanderuk Call for a settlement figure, informed I cannot get an amount including a payment made today so rather than diarise for tomorrow are then told I have to call back and wait another 50 minutes tomorrow. Also cannot email! Joke! Good customer service, NOT!

@santanderuk I tried to transfer money and wouldn't let me. I needed to access toaccount as was on call and needed ataxi to a vulnerable client. This did not happen and another staff member had to be called, this caused embarrassment and u lost money too as doublepay callout down 80 pounds

@santanderuk Santander isn’t giving me confidence. Tried to transfer money to myself so blocked account. Arranged to transfer to another bank and froze my account on that day for no reason that I can understand. Spending hours on phone trying to sort it out as branch can’t help.
