    @santanderuk trying to send you a phishing email I received but it bounced with an error about a poor MTA reputation. Looks as though you have blacklisted my IP address 🤷

    @santanderuk appalling customer service from santander consumer finance, on hold for 1 hour trying to talk to someone and gave up.

    @HenryPryor @sharivahl So the PIN data was not compromised in any way. This sort of crime can be stopped by having a SIM pin, which blocks the criminals from obtaining any OTP. The problem is that @santanderuk have an appalling threshold for security.

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk - my son is penalised as an existing customer and unable to switch this online to a student account. As a non-customer he could apply on line. No in-branch appointments for 3 weeks - after his loan payment is due. Poor service.

    @santanderuk where on the app or online can i find my sort code & account number for a savings account? I want to transfer money from a different bank account to this one but the details i have been given a long time ago from the bank (written down) seem to have not worked?

    Hello @santanderuk a payment was made to @remitly via faster payments, I checked in with them and they said that the payment was initially cancelled, you put a fraud block on the payment that was lifted today and the bank proceeded with the transfer.

    @ellieC_williams @santanderuk Spoke to the Railcard peeps. Their site is going through an upgrade so apparently some people are having issues. They advised calling to set up. I'm going to give them a call on Monday

    @Sony why did I get an 'new login' email then 4 minutes later you let 6 purchases out of my card and my partners card EACH? If there is a new login why dont you wait before you let £100s go!! @santanderuk
