    @santanderuk absolutely disgusting customer service. No loyalty no compassion. Nursing a relative until they passed and unable to make a payment until I had signal outside the hospital and would rather charge me £12 than understand. 15years of loyalty! You should be embarrassed!

    @santanderuk really poor customer experience today… asked to go into branch to get my account unlocked, after trying on the phone, then i sit here for 30 minutes waiting for your colleague (she’s great) to get on the phone… shocking. #customerservice

    @santanderuk Why do you insist on sending a code when someone applies for a loan.. been waiting 3 days for the code to be posted to me and nothing .. very slow and manual process.. frustrated

    @DafyddGofEC3 @santanderuk No I can’t! That was the only money I had, it’s in my account and they absolutely have given us a middle finger and essentially telling us that they don’t give a **** if my mum dies but their policies and procedures come first! Hope you go ******* bankrupt, Santander!
