@santanderuk what do I need to do to get through customer service.. 3 days of 30+ mins of hold time (leading to frustration and disconnect) and then giving up. Debit card locked, can't withdraw money/use the card for purchases. Disappointing service. Sigh!!!

@santanderuk I've spent over 3.5 hours over 2 days to your helpline and dispute res team to be told to call back on Friday. Your error, not mine, staff can see the issue but don't know how to resolve it, and I'm left £118 out of pocket AND doing the chasing. Not good enough.

@MasterCoconut2 @santanderuk Damn same thing happened to me I contacted support for almost two weeks and all I got was automated robot replies, not until I got recommended to @ Multitask_support on Instagram who got it fixed in a few hours
