    @santanderuk Clearly your still having issues tried sending son at Uni rent money no good not showing in his Santander Acct. Had to ask friend to send him money from her coop Acct to his monzo Acct and pay and pay her back once Acct sorted. Utter joke at least be honest with us !!

    @santanderukhelp Oh Santander its a regular occurance, be it on an Android phone, An Ios phone, macs in the office or PC working from home. maybe their all to blame across 3 different sites rather than @santanderuk being a bit ****

    @santanderuk I am Joel Fernandes an existing customer, my account is closed from last 8 days I have been contacting bank since then as I have my balance inside my account and I need that for my basic needs I dont have money to pay my rent which is due now

    @santanderuk customer service hangup on you when you ask to speak to a supervisor ?!?! Wtf so now I will hold another 30 minutes to get through !!! Poor poor service!!!

    @santanderuk I didn’t realise they had such a big problem. Having narrowly missed being scammed a few days ago it would have helped if it hadn’t taken over 16 hours to be able to report it. The Live Chat option online is useless.
