Anyone else having issues with new cars bought on a *** deal from @MarshallMotorGp , now owned by @Constellation Automotive Group or financed by @santanderuk? My Volvo XC60 is less than 18 months old & has been a total disaster from new!

@santanderuk your customer service is shambolic. I have a new debit card I cannot use and cannot get through to anyone. I literally cannot buy anything as your banks are also shut.

hey @santanderuk your bereavement service is awful. very by the numbers do just the necessary and non-communicative. if i have to communicate all the same things with the mortgage team anyway, might as well just save me the time

@santanderuk They ask for ID, I sent. Ask for proof of address, I sent. Now they want visa?? Why not ask for everything at once?? 3 letters I have sent and is not enough?? For a current client?? And on the branches they give no help?? Is @santanderuk deliberately trying to make things hard??

If @santanderuk say they are helping in a cost of living crisis - they are lying. All they do is remove overdrafts with no notice (they will lie and say they have sent it) then condascend to you- go to a better bank, because these charlatans are terrible
