    @santanderuk took just over an hour to get through!! Very poor service. Customers be aware that someone has managed to send a text from Santander Bank to say a new payment was setup with a link! DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK if you didn’t set up the payment! #Phishing #Scammer 🚨

    @santanderuk have a loan with you. Trying to change my payment debit date. Told I had to register for OLB. Took a week waiting for multiple letters with different codes. Finally get it working. Can't change date in app or online. Never known anything so difficult. #backwards

    @stoner1968 @santanderuk My wife was on the phone to them for 2 and a half hours but after two trips to the local branch in a town 7 miles further away from my local branch (that was shut down) our access to our own funds have been happily restored 😢🙈 Murder polis. Closing all our accounts.

    Do NOT use @santanderuk for your mortgage.Errors happen and then they don’t rectify even though it’s URGENT. They ruin house sales and lack professionalism and compassion. Do your job @santanderukhelp #donotusesantander

    @santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk
