@santanderuk How can I get through to your UK Customer Service centre? Tried three times at different times of the day. On hold for 40 minutes each time before I give up.

@santanderuk 2.5months after my fraud case I still have no access to banking. I found out I had more fraud only by going in branch for a 3rd time only to be told you unblocked my cards without telling us so the only people who knew were the fraudsters. Sort this out!

@dansumption @santanderuk See also, every self-service counter in the shop having a member of staff advising customers. They might as well do the scanning for us.

@santanderuk fraud & security team have a shocking response time. Disputed an account closure over 5 weeks ago and yet still not heard anything back . Despite saying they will get back to me. Absolutely poor service 👎🏾

@santanderuk The impact is where you block customers access to all accounts for 4 months and counting for a single disputed business transaction. Average over half an hour to try to speak to someone. I've been with these guys for 20 years plus, but will be closing my account shortly. Hopeless

@santanderuk really disappointing service here, 3 times on the phone, listen to all the announcements for 2 minutes on how busy you are, then security checks to then be cut off. No I can't do what I need on your App or Web chat either.....

@santanderuk I am trying to register for mobile banking but your statement doesn't show the SC so when I try to complete the registration process. Your live chat is rubbish, the computer cannot deal with my questions so keeps directing me to your Website. What a load of rubbish!

@santanderuk how is it possible for a retailer to access a bank account balance and available balance from a card machine used for payment. And is this legal? Especially if they don’t inform you what they are doing first?
