Samantha Guy (@slowlygettingby) reported@santanderuk 55 minutes on hold currently and counting. My card is blocked and I’m unable to get through, every time I try to call I’m kept on hold for 30+ mins! Online no help and branch directs me to phone. How am I supposed to solve this?!
