  @santanderuk Very disappointed Santander don’t have a email to contact customer service. Had a problem resolved but only after hours on live chat with 5 different agents, being timed out & needed to login again. It’s not good enough .

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @gray_schofield @santanderuk This is typical poor service from banks. I used to work in an FCA regulated financial organisation and deal with Executive Complaints. Come on Santander do the right thing. Open the accounts, uphold the complaint and pay compensation

  @santanderuk customer comes first so it’s always right not at this company. They’ll just take your money and block your bank and do nothing about it for a week so if you’re thinking about opening the account for convenience, please don’t because all it’s gonna do is cause agro
