@santanderuk I’ve been trying to apply for a loan all day and once I put the OTP in your site breaks, this has happened numerous times. I can’t use another browser because it asks for a landline number which I do not have.

@santanderuk hi all. Quick question, how do you expect working people, that work a 9/5 to find time to get to their local bank branches when they are open 9.30/3.00 everyday? Absolute joke that branches keep closing and hours reducing to save you costs at the cost of the public

I already have - 3 times in fact. Was advised to go to branch. Did this, with passport/driving license/bill.., still told to go elsewhere! STILL waiting after 40hours plus for access to my own account @santanderuk

I can & will make a formal complaint to the Ombudsman, but this doesn 't fix the problem of needing to use my @santanderuk bank a/c - to transfer money to my 2 savings accounts. Just been on the phone for 50 mins only to be told "someone will call me back" at some point. AGAIN.
