  @santanderuk I’ve been trying to apply for a loan all day and once I put the OTP in your site breaks, this has happened numerous times. I can’t use another browser because it asks for a landline number which I do not have.

  @santanderuk Hello. Payments on our Zero Credit Card have stopped working today. Can't get through to anyone on the phone. We're abroad and card keeps being declined in shops for no reason. Can you help please? Was working all last week.

  @santanderuk I have a Santander credit card with ample available funds but I cant draw money out from their cash machines! I’ve even been into my local branch and spent an hour with them but they can’t fix it. They promised a call back but none came. Complained online but no help

  @santanderuk 7 miles to Corporation Street branch - neither ATMs accepting deposits - 7 miles home - waste of time. Rubbish service as per normal.
