@santanderuk I’ve been trying to apply for a loan all day and once I put the OTP in your site breaks, this has happened numerous times. I can’t use another browser because it asks for a landline number which I do not have.

@santanderuk This seems like more than just ‘technical issues’- payments not being sent, transactions not working, payments between other banks not working, website down, app down, ATMs not regnocinising Santander being operational, ATMs eating cards, the entire bank is down. With no update😑
