    @santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

    @santanderuk thanks for hanging up on me TWICE while I'm trying to submit a complaint about your customer service. What has this world come to where I have to wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone and they immediately hang up on you!

    @santanderuk @santanderukbiz absolute shambles of a bank. Block our account at 4:30pm, tell me to attend a branch with ID (when they are all closed) and now have to deal with nearly 50 staff who won’t be paid! Thanks for the last 12 years 😡

    @santanderuk I have provided those documents and my account is still restricted. I need money to pay for essentials for my baby. You are absolutely the worst and most unhelpful group of people I have ever dealt with. Imagine blocking a father access to his money to buy things for his child!

    Despite this, £40 was charged on June 9 and £50 on June 10 — a total of £80, even though we followed all procedures. Still no response or support. This is unacceptable. @TfL @santanderukhelp @santanderuk – please investigate and assist. #TfL #Santander

    @kevinsamuel Thanks Kevin. It’s not so much financial problems as service problems. I have never had such bad customer service as @santanderuk over last two weeks. And I’ve dealt dozens of banks.

    @santanderuk Yes and the financial ombudsman sent his final decision in November. Santander have been non compliant for over 6 months and have now been reported to the FCA by the financial ombudsman service. Finally began actioning the rejection of the vehicle and have not done it properly

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex ! Bcoz of job cuts economy 👎
