You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

Have bills and debits I need to pay yet it has crashed and unable to access my account, money withdrawals, or even be able to transfer money. Totally embarrassed as my card was declining in shop, had to be told by twitter bank was down!

When @santanderuk wouldn't give me disability adjustments it was awful. They'd force me into situations were I had full blown public episodes then use it to "show I was a problem"
