    @santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

    @lilypartington_ @santanderukhelp Well it's definitely not a BACS issue, wages went in fine with Barclays. Again @santanderuk failing their customers on a day where people need their money

    @santanderuk can’t get through on the phone to you guys, can’t get any help on chat as they advise me to phone and when I go online to try and amend something on my direct debit it says technical issue. You couldn’t make it up it’s like a comedy act

    @martin_farley @santanderuk Also a @santanderuk customer, also can’t get through. Haven’t had a working debit card in months, online service doesn’t work and on the phone it’s just an hour of hold music followed by them hanging up.

    @santanderuk you have asked us to make a final credit card payment of £3; we have requested account closure so you have frozen the account and we now cannot make the payment online, the branch are unable to help & there is no answer when I call! Please confirm how we should pay!
