Hi @santanderuk I am overseas and you have blocked a payment, I have been on hold for nearly 2 hours. Its nearly 11pm. When did your customer service levels reach this standard, horrendous!!! The worst experience ever. On hold for ever, same hold music, annoying auto prompt wow!!

@leotanczt @santanderuk I'm so sorry to see that! They're so BAD. I had the same issue with a premier account. I couldn't access my account for 72h. But they gave me £75 afterwards, and I closed all my accounts. So yay? (nah)

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp are you aware your website isn’t allowing payments to credit cards, your mobile app doesn’t allow payments from another bank account and nobody answers the phone? Absolutely terrible service been trying for over a week.

@santanderuk my wife and I have been taking turns listening to the same track whilst on hold for 5hours. You blocked our app and web access for making a payment even though I approved it via phone call, no access to anything, now after the latest 1:30 minutes waiting you close …
