    @santanderuk The worst #bank in the UK. No branches open, so no, what you might call #customerservice. Left the thieving #Lloyds only to find different problems.

    @santanderuk you really need to update your app to a speedy app. It’s too slow to load the login page, and then if we navigate to the stocks

    @santanderuk hey Santander. Why does it take so long for your security dept to reply??? On Friday tried for 40 minutes and now already for 30 minutes. What is the problem???

    @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts

    @santanderuk Yes we will email you but this needs reporting to FSCS and financial ombudsman as the service we are getting is nothing short of appalling. Promises to call back but don’t and still can’t access our money despite requesting a transfer to an account in the same name …. Sigh 😞
