@santanderuk Can’t Santander get its act together on onboarding students? My daughter had a heck of a job to register online, has been waiting over a week for a temporary username and when she calls the number on the website it is manned by a chatbot and she can’t get anywhere!

@santanderuk not the best customer service.. literally was on hold for half an hour then it started ringing for another half an hour with no one answering? This was the only time I had to call today after attempting to call yesterday as well.

@santanderuk cannot log onto online banking using safari on Mac. Website constantly reloads with errors. this is the only way of reporting it (unless I spend 11 hours on the phone)

Revolut Card has been frozen for 48 hours, have dealt with multiple Chat helpers on the App, still can’t access. @RevolutApp this is ridiculous. I got a new debit card from @santanderuk which seems to have confused them. I’ll go back to keeping money under the bed @MartinSLewis?

@santanderuk not impressed with your CustomerService on complaints. Day one as a customer and I can’t even access my online account and all I get is a sorry we will post your details out. Don’t think I will be staying long if this is anything to go by.

@santanderuk You have the worst Customer Care I have ever had the misfortune to experience. Do you bully all your customers into having to make a withdrawal or a shop purchase in order to qualify for a bank card? Absolutely dreadful new mandatory regime! Shame on you!
