    @santanderuk I rang the number back and waited on hold for a further 10 mins then gave up again. Now my online and mobile banking access has been blocked.

    Hey @santanderuk I made a large online transfer. Your automated service rang me to check it was legit. I waited for over 10 minutes to be put through to someone then gave up on account of being at work.

    @santanderuk So what was the technical issue, or are you not going to give any sort of detailed explanation? Take a look at how well Twitter handled their major security issue last year. They don't treat customers like idiots and fully explained what had happened & why it won't happen again.

    @santanderuk thank you for all your help NOT!!! As a victim of fraud your excuse was I do not meet the criteria for a refund. For a measly £200.00 but yet you refund people with thousands of pounds in there account not to mention my wellbeing. #disgrace
