Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

@santanderuk I echo the call for more customer service staff. 40 minutes, then the staff member put us in the queue again and still holding after another 15 minutes. Not sure we'll get dinner cooked tonight. Not sure how you can state you are continuing to support your customers.

@santanderuk It's a shame you don't invest more of those profits into more staff. Over an hour waiting on the phone to discuss suspected credit card fraud. Very poor customer service.

Disgusting behaviour from @santanderuk - completely and suddenly cut my overdraft due to being on MATERNITY LEAVE - of course my circumstances have TEMPORARILY changed. Really disappointing service to a loyal customer and especially a new mum in this pandemic.

If you have @amazon Alexa and haven’t realised you’ve activated voice purchasing, then double check your settings. My poor vulnerable dad (with bad eye and memory issues) didn’t know that he was paying for a service he didn’t need nor want… even @santanderuk staff were stunned.

Thanks @RishiSunak .Myself & husband both SE. #excluded from any seiss/grants,overpaid mortgage throughout Covid,no payment holiday etc but can’t borrow £25k more on mortgage because my earnings are down!Ltv 50%!!But wait…furlough would of been classed as an income @santanderuk
