    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @santanderuk Unfortunately she has tried that your colleagues offer no solution other than cancel the card she is waiting for and Santander will issue another one! In essence she hasn’t had access to her own money why for 2 weeks now!! Do you think that is acceptable?

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp how can my bank accounts just disappear on the app and website like that? I was told it wasnt set up which msked no because It was perfectly fine this morning and now suddenly nothing works I can’t access my bank accounts anymore

    I hope everyone that works @santanderuk wakes up with their bank account blocked, maybe then they might be better at customer service and information
