    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

    So @santanderuk have jumped on the blocking binance bandwagon in the UK. As such I have raised a complaint with the @TheFCA about both Santander and the FCA as this is all down to their misinformation campaign, I encourage others to do the same

    Now, I’d get it if I ever had debt or bad financial history. But I don’t. I paid for my current car every month for 5 years through Santander so you’d think this would help. But nope. Seems a bit extreme @santanderuk ?

    @santanderuk could do with some help. Opened an account in 2007, never used it and would like to close it. However, no longer have the account #, and likely you guys have an old address..are you able to assist?

    @santanderukhelp Well that's a reply - it is completely impossible to tell whether a call is genuine or not as your numbers are just a 0808 or 0800 number - was not offered the call back number - this should be standard procedure so your @santanderuk identity can be verified.
