Ash 1974🔴🏐 (@andy_horner) reported@santanderuk Well, after authorising an unsanctioned withdrawal, they now cant give me access to my mobile or online banking! Cowboy banking basically. Customer service or security cant do a thing either!!
-
Marion (@rockchick4316) reported@santanderuk stop sending emails about using my overdraft when the reason it happened is because you stopped sending texts to say I was nearing it. I received no notification you were doing this. Surely you’ve noticed I only pay bills from them, useless bank with no cust service

Disgusting how those who cant or dont want to use technology are being treated by these banks. Fully intend to take @santanderuk to ombudsmen #agediscrim.

rhoda roberts (@adhorstrebor) reportedThis is torture for old people. It is cruel inhumane and frankly a hate crime upon the elderly. @santanderuk made it impossible for my older cousin to download an app due to his dexterity issues. As for talking to a human instead of AI..he was traumatised. Pure evil

Ilikefilmme (@Ilikefilmme) reported@santanderuk Can you please furnish me with a direct number or email address 4 the vulnerable customer team please as 1 of your staff members insisted on asking my dying mother 2 tell her the last payments she made as a security check even though she was itold thats not possible

Lee Hayward (@vibedcoder) reported@santanderuk holding my accounts hostage on the mobile banking app. Until I provide them with a bunch of personal information they have no right asking for. It's finally happening. Just as the conspiracy theorists warned. Santander want to know how much money I make, employment status, photo ID, national insurance number etc. Wonder if they'll cut me off from my money if I keep refusing? They already restricted my access to the mobile app. I've been with them for over 20 years, they can see where my money is coming from and going to, they already have my up to date information... So why all of a sudden do they want me to fill out an online form like I'm some kind of suspect? ****.
