This sort of crime can be stopped by having a SIM pin, which blocks the criminals from obtaining any OTP. The problem is that @santanderuk have an appalling threshold for security.

Webbo (@Webbo2306) reported@santanderuk Evening. Around four times now when I've tried depositing money into my account via the post office the transaction has been declined. I've read Santander have limited the amount a customer can deposit via the post office over a certain time period. Is this true?
