    This is torture for old people. It is cruel inhumane and frankly a hate crime upon the elderly. @santanderuk made it impossible for my older cousin to download an app due to his dexterity issues. As for talking to a human instead of AI..he was traumatised. Pure evil

    @santanderuk Called back & wait time is now 20 mins 🤬 call was regarding a chargeback. It's now regarding a chargeback and a complaint. Your, your voice is your password also doesn't seem to be working 🤬

    Just contacted @santanderuk by telephone to ask for a replacement card. The customer service was shocking. Every time I asked for a replacement the agent kept wanting me to try other actions, even after explaining what I had experienced.

    @santanderuk why are you asking me for my passport, employer details and money paid in from my employer and threatening to stop my bank app from working. If for one second my app doesn't work how it should I will close my account. You know all of the information already

    The Santander facility for paying in a cheque is terrible. When I use Halifax, it works first time. Sort it out, @santanderuk.
