    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

    @RishiSunak What about RLS? Why are only Corporate and Commercial customers being given access by @santanderuk ? Why are the banks allowed to be this selective when we are all supposed to be “in this together”?

    @santanderuk Is your website still kaput? Trying to apply for a loan and after inputting all the info required I always get '[Exception in:/WEB-INF/jsp/message/onlineApps_mainTemplate_no_navigation.jsp] null'. VERY annoying.

    @santanderuk I called your call centre to raise a complaint and your advisor hung up on me! I am NOT happy. Service with your company is always horrendous. I want someone to call me asap.
