@sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

@santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

So can’t get on the @santanderuk mobile banking app because it’s down. Try the online banking and you need to authenticate your login through the mobile app..🤦🏼

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Mobile Banking app (iOS) no longer working: unable to log in. Keep getting error saying "try again later". Having your official app not working, doesn't really help and exposes your customers to fraud.

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk How do I complain please, I keep a spare £10 in your bank for Emergencys go to use it today and transfer to my card and your stupid app just keeps throwing silly error messages using containing the word "oops" and that the "Server is not responding"

@santanderuk Hi there, my account was opened on 9th September and the switch from my last bank happened shorty after. I haven't heard any news about the switch bonus, if I've qualified or when it might be paid. Please can you help?
