    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

    @santanderuk Very disappointed service from @santanderuk - twice submitted KYC documents and once in person in branch - still temp block on account and mortgage pmt didn’t go. Bad on credit rating - call center takes hrs to connect, chat can’t help- not sure what to do? Pls hlp Mike Rigner

    @santanderuk Just spent 20 mins on the phone to your NON answering call centre, all lines are busy, any reason why you font have sufficent staff to answer the phones, seems to be a things lately with banks, abysmall service.

    @santanderuk wow, the most awful service and app ever…tried to transfer MY money to another of MY accounts and you lock me out of the app and I can’t see where the money has gone - customer service closed!!!! will be closing account and moving all my money to HSBC.

    @santanderuk what a shower of **** Santander is. My mum is 93 she can’t hear and doesn’t do internet banking. I rang to order her a new cheque book. I verified who I was and had all my mums details and they wouldn’t do it. They don’t understand GDPR. Pathetic set of jokers 🤮

    @santanderuk 😡😡😡 Awful service. They've blocked my account for no reason and made me spend more than 30 minutes on hold on a call without any solution. Not recommended!

    @santanderuk If you introduce a shiny new customer benefit platform such as Boosts, it may be worthwhile making sure the links to the retailers actually work….🙄
