    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isnโ€™t connecting with the bank.

    @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

    @clairemenlove @santanderuk @TSB Iโ€™m going away tomorrow so not sure what I will do if it doesnโ€™t arrive today, doesnโ€™t help that the postal deliveries are sporadic around here

    @santanderuk Tried every day got 20 days and it still won't take a picture of my passport. At this point it's easier to just move to a new bank. It's shameful that your technology is so bad I can't access my own account

    Despite this, ยฃ40 was charged on June 15 and ยฃ50 on June 16 โ€” a total of ยฃ80, even though we followed all procedures. Still no response or support. This is unacceptable. @TfL @santanderuk @santanderukhelp โ€“ please investigate and assist.

    @bancosantander @TSB @santanderuk So lay off the staff, as part of a cost cutting exercise, then purchase another bank. Wow. This tsb customer won't make a difference when he closes down his account but I hope many do the same an go elsewhere

    I wonder if @santanderuk takeover of @TSB might improve latterโ€™s customer service? Not holding my breath. Have spent half hour unsuccessfully trying to sort online bank transfer which is not going through; call centre v unhelpful. No wonder high blood pressure is so prevalent..

    Morning, beautiful and ugly Associates all. Yesterday I sacked @santanderuk for absolute cuntery and they may never, never return. Excellent bankers, awful computer. Today itโ€™s @LloydsBankBiz to choose between Profit and Redundancy. Wish them Luck. Haha.
