    @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    @santanderuk help please! I try to log into my account (on the app and in any browser) and it seems to glitch and take me right back tob the log-on page every time, meaning I can't actually get into my account

    @santanderuk Surely the worst bank, definitely the worst customer service, all working from home with a phone queue wait of an hour even before 8am with random unfathomable account blocks. Dreadful disregard for loyal customers

    @santanderuk so here we are 14 days on!! 14 calls, 2 bank visits, 4 emails, 8 tweets AND STILL NO PHONE CALL AND BLOCKED FROM MY EARNINGS. Fined again by school! No one bank with Santander, NOONE. They block accounts and leave you penniless and lie FACT

    @stoner1968 @santanderuk My wife was on the phone to them for 2 and a half hours but after two trips to the local branch in a town 7 miles further away from my local branch (that was shut down) our access to our own funds have been happily restored πŸ˜’πŸ™ˆ Murder polis. Closing all our accounts.

    @santanderuk why would my debit card stop working everywhere, ATM online and contactless ans also when I try to report it online the website says I have no debit cards to manage?

    @santanderukhelp Out of the blue - bam, no reason but app access locked. All cards declined. No access to money. Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk
