Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

So a 74 year old man living on his own working 15 hrs a week firstly is put on a flexi 5 year mortgage then this year starting borrowing 20k ,10k ,15k adding these figures to his mortgage to PAY HIS MORTGAGE PAYMENTS To Santander !!!!
