Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

But far from apologizing for all the errors, bank still withholding some of the amount she lost.

John (@JohnMcIntosh19) reported@Neil_Buchanan @santanderuk Quite a surprising decision from the bank, most are signed up to a code that will refund fraud as long as the customer hasn't been negligent in the fraud. Can't see how her situation falls under that. Would 100% complain, wait on final response then go to Financial Ombusdman.

If the FOS/FCA receive multiple similar complaints, they will surely take this into consideration. Card company is also probably insured.
