    @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

    @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk We have been hanging on for 3 hours and at 7pm were cut off This is my husbands day off Earlier we called to ask for a regular card payment to be stopped and were told we HAD to do it at other end Found out this is not true! Terrible customer service

    @santanderuk 2 cash ISA, 2 savings accounts all at 0.10% interest. No increase for a long time. Interest rate is now 1.75%. When can us savers expect a decent interest rate increase in savings? We’re living in hard times and it’s about time banks did their bit to help.

    Absolutely shocking service from @PostOffice & @santanderuk. You adapt your life to suit the changes the banking industry makes and use the post office to post a cheque into my account. It never arrives (Day 7) I politely ask the post office for advice and get told
