  @santanderuk hi, need little help with current account 'retail offers' but not sure where to ask. Month ago i 'activated' a Now Broadband offer, had to pay 2 months bills. I have done this, the offer ended to new customers during that time. I don't see it on chosen offers?

  @sainsburys and @santanderuk please resolve the checking out issues on your site. It has been 2 weeks now and takes several attempts to checkout the basket as the app isn’t connecting with the bank.

  @bancosantander @santanderukhelp @santanderuk Opened a Spanish account online non residential. And clearly stated British and passport etc All emails have been sent to me in Spanish. So I have no idea as I'm not ticking boxes that are in Spanish Awful customer service!

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  @santanderuk @TSB No good changes so far experience by a longterm customer who has spent hours on the phone trying to get an account added to the app due to address format not syncing with my other account address when Santander set up the new account address! Will be moving all my accounts.
