So I tell @santanderuk that I’m going to Dublin. The next day they block my card for the following reason “lots of Euro transactions in Dublin”. Spend 45 minutes on hold to be told “it will be unblocked by 16:30 today” - how’s that acceptable? #shambles

@santanderuk If you are the bank that can not be trusted my only choice as a long loyal customer is going to be to cancel all the accounts I have with you. Customer service that can't explain strange happenings on the account and dropping off the phone?! Outrageous!!!!
