Terrible service from @santanderuk today. It took 35 mins to get my call answered (to report fraud) and was then told that I was being transferred to the fraud team but was again put in a hold queue. I gave up after an hour!! #badservice

Not impressed with @santanderuk Daughter has had fraudulent use of her card with someone buying things from Amazon. Santander seem to not give a **** and have told her to ring Amazon. This is from the fraud team. Glad I am with @HSBC_UK as they could teach how to handle this

I am beyond exasperated with @santanderuk 😡😡 just how long does it take to return a POA? If you’ve lost it TELL ME!! Then you can pay for a new one! It’s desperately needed to sort other financial matters for my 88 year old mum! AWFUL customer service 😡😡

@santanderuk Almost 5 hours on the phone in the last week, and 1hr last night on hold. You restricted my account. If I’d been able to get through you’d have understood that you’ve made it literally impossible for me to upload the documents you’ve (overstepped and) asked for.
