    When you try to change your phone number on @santanderuk online banking and it sends a message to your old number for security. Website designers/security people obviously didn’t think that through.

    I had an issue which needed resolving asap - I was told premier banking via @santanderuk gives you priority service on the phone however 30 mins later I’m still on the phone and had to cut the phone because I cannot wait any longer. Awesome service 👍

    I’ve phoned my local Santander branch 14 times since 9.15am this morning and keep getting the message “sorry this line is busy” Our 2 refugees completed bank acc apps 2 wks ago & have heard nothing. We were told it would take 3-5 working days to process!! C’mon @santanderuk!!!

    @santanderuk can you please tell your customers what's going on that so many of us have had the same issue of fraud by Amore London?? It's been happening for two days now and no official word about it
