@santanderuk If your website says the 'Managing your account' line is open until 8pm and your Mortgage account line is open to 7pm why am I getting an office closed message when I phone at 6:20pm??

@eBay paid a deposit for a van , was fake !! How does ebay allow this to happen? Lost 2k of my money , apparently had a fake @santanderuk bank account how does this happen , @HalifaxBank no help what so ever . Please be careful 🙏

@santanderuk are the worst company I’ve ever come across, I’ve never experienced customer service so bad. The advisers who work for them are terrible at their job and don’t know how to deal with people and the company is an utter scam. DO NOT USE THEM

@TfL You wanted the location of #SantanderBike last night but it is still lying (No 17519) in our block. Few countries are advertising for these bikes. Maybe @SadiqKhan's siblings will find out how much they pay, and export them! @santanderuk

@santanderuk extremely dissatisfied with your service, requested replacement debit card on 9th May! As lost ours…. Still waiting… spoken to ‘help’ desk twice who suggested we order it again! & start the process off again! Think it’s time to move mortgage etc somewhere else
