Hey @santanderuk how about you inform customers when you block their accounts so they know what’s happening? I’ve spent over an hour on the phone trying to get through for my blocked online banking and I’m clueless as to why you’ve blocked it! Still haven’t got through either

@santanderuk Is there a problem with authorisation text messages? Trying to checkout a food order, and the OTP code isn't coming to my phone.
