    @santanderuk how do I find my mortgage sort code number so I can register for online banking? Can’t find on the web site, Sandi tells me to log on to online banking, had my call to the Call Centre dropped 3 times while trying to speak to a person…

    @santanderuk Zero. That’s the concerning thing. I have repeatedly asked your customer service team who have no even referred me on to the relevant department - one lady just said the department is called “the back office” I have 2 children under 8

    @santanderuk It’s not even the lack of advanced notice (which is horrific) it’s the fact that I’ve apparently not had access to my money since 18th yet nothing has been said to me, nor does the app reflect this. I’ve called the number & that hasn’t helped. I’m switching my bank.

    @HalifaxBank “UK property market cooling is short term” @michaeljburry where I have heard that before? is there another ‘big short’ in play? Who’s playing the short? I feel problems for liquidity with @santanderuk coming 2027 with there combined credit and mortgage products.
