    @santanderuk I've been on telephone hold for 45 minutes now - I just want to change the bank account that pays our mortgage and your chat option wont connect me either. Such poor customer service 🤬

    @santanderuk You'll need a lot longer than a moment - the fastest time my many calls over the last 8 months have been answered was 25 minutes! I have been cut off almost every time your advisers have tried to transfer my calls. All this adds to the stress of trying to deal with the issue.

    @santanderuk so it’s now 6 days (3 working days apparently) since you blocked my account with no proper explanation! No access to be able to pay bills relying on family…..total disgrace Santander! All for trying to open a fixed saver with, @Tandem_Bank When will you call me???

    @santanderuk You've restricted access to my UK account. I live abroad and have spent over 150 pounds trying to call the correct department, which just puts me on hold for 45 minutes. I'm extremely frustrated at the poor quality service and customer care. Can someone call me back
