@santanderuk I’ve just been informed that there is an issue with card payments, but it should be sorted in a couple of days. DAYS?! How is that acceptable?

@MorganBroadcast This is horrendous the stress caused you through no fault of your own @VirginActiveUK for their poor security and yes you are responsible and I must say @santanderuk awful Natwest/Lloyds/Barclays would have suspended the account very quickly due to irregularities on your account

@santanderuk I am absolutely disgusted with your bank. Your bank is bullying my mother who is a pensioner. The original problem was an error on your behalf but you have refused to rectify it and have left my mum with very little money. Absolute disgrace

@MorganBroadcast This definitely has to be resolved by the companies who failed to keep your belongings, data and finances safe. I really hope this is resolved swiftly and @santanderuk and @VirginActiveUK do the honest thing and help you to bring those who did this to account.

@MorganBroadcast Apple have published a way to unlock iPhones without the passcode on their website. The method requires plugging your iPhone into a computer (Mac or PC) and putting it in recovery mode. @santanderuk

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK This is awful and so sorry you’ve had this happen. The awful service doesn’t surprise me at all and is more commonplace than ever. I hope Santander so the right thing and it’s resolved. Plus the scumbags are caught!

@fascinatorfun @santanderuk I'm amazed, because I find Santander's security quite intrusive. They block so many of my purchases, for much smaller amounts than in Charlotte's thread. You'd think all these purchases and transfers would trigger an alarm.
