Hey @santanderuk don’t you think it’s a bit ridiculous to send me out of your app app to sign up for your new rewards scheme and then ask for card details+CVV when you know who I am anyway as I came from your app. Do you not trust your own apps security or just terrible design?

@santanderuk absolutely dreadful service with your call centre. Waiting ages on behalf of my elderly father then asking him questions that he ABSOLUTELY had to answer before you would speak to me. He couldn’t hear or understand what the questions were. He’s 81 and disabled FFS!

@ThreeUKSupport Spoken to @santanderuk @santanderukhelp on the phone already. They say it's an issue with our provider - Three 5G broadband. It's odd now both you and Santander say it's not a known issue when other people are having it too. Maybe it's the constantly changing IP address?

@santanderuk Have been trying to get hold of Santander Consumer Finance. Online payments are not going through, customer service aren’t answering emails and constantly stuck on hold when calling. Please advise urgently.

@santanderuk If you introduce a shiny new customer benefit platform such as Boosts, it may be worthwhile making sure the links to the retailers actually work….🙄
