@jill_laura83 @santanderuk Every weekend they turn off the ability for users to use their cards. This is a standard practise and ita pathetic service. All they do is just say we apologise. How's this going to help us without food.

@santanderuk just called Santander, on hold for 38 minutes, then after the annoying repetitive music it goes to a ringing sound and no one answers.....very, very poor service. Im glad my bank is First Direct whose customer service is excellent. Santander needs to try a lot harder

@santanderuk Why are you guys saying the issue has been resolved when it hasn’t? I’ve just had my card declined twice! What are we supposed to do? Can my card be fixed if we call the helpline? Or is that just a pointless exercise?
