Just had yet another example of customer service people getting their info wrong, then being sort with you when you question their response as it doesn’t make sense, then hanging up. Factual numbers are pretty important when you are in the world of banking. @santanderuk

Absolutely shocking service from @PostOffice & @santanderuk. You adapt your life to suit the changes the banking industry makes and use the post office to post a cheque into my account. It never arrives (Day 7) I politely ask the post office for advice and get told

@santanderuk Santander Bank’s Sandi automated response chat seriously needs looking into. After it has repeatedly answered your query with an automated response that completely fails to help, it messages ‘ Can I help you with anything else? Infuriating!

So in the middle of our move and while selling our house @santanderuk blocks our account due to a payment entirely consistent with that move and now it is going to take >2 days to remove that block? Seriously?
