@BarclaysUKHelp Paying in coins and collecting more money bags, this should a basic for your customers. Thankfully @santanderuk were able to provide a better service at the time they said they were open so I paid the money into my savings account instead. They now have my money.

Just had yet another example of customer service people getting their info wrong, then being sort with you when you question their response as it doesn’t make sense, then hanging up. Factual numbers are pretty important when you are in the world of banking. @santanderuk

@santanderuk #Leeds branch Queue out door 3 staff on counter then 1 went 2 lunch Elderly lady in front of me struggled to stand 25 minute wait-poor service Open up 2 blocked counters & take Plp out of queue with long queries rather than staff stood around pointing to machine's
