Though I think the problem is with @santanderuk. My debit card plays up frequently with online purchases. Not happy. I see there is a PayPal option but I have to wait to get home to try that.

@santanderuk worst company ever . Takes no joking 6 hours to try and speak to fraud det can't ever get thro so while holding drive to bank its shut shuts at 3pm everyday seriously don't give a **** about their customers I am still on phone waiting 3 hours later ffs wankers

@santanderuk why not help people who are in there last year of there fixed deals. Wave ERC’s for them and let choose new products and you will keep them as customers longer!!

@santanderuk I’ve been trying to get through to your investments team since Saturday and have been on hold for 20 mins at a time each day. Is there any other way to close a help to buy ISA because I cannot go into a branch as I work and they are closed when I am not working

Wow so I have had a massive amount of fraudulent activity on my account and @santanderuk customer service has been utterly shocking! No answers, refusal to pay back, terrible advice which has meant further fraud!

@PhysicianofWho my poor friend has been waiting to speak to someone from @santanderuk for 5 hours with no human contact just to ask a mortgage question. Terrible service and chat option doesn’t work.
