I got to work today and immediately received a message about fraudulent activity on my account. Not the way I wanted to spend my PPA, but thanks to @santanderuk for being so quick to help me out. Bit shaken as they were trying to rob me of thousands.

How do I speak to someone at @santanderuk ? I’ve lost my bank details and can’t access my account. When I call, it says I need my details to speak to anyone. I cant go into a branch because they’re shut by the time I finish work

Worst .@santanderuk call handler ever took 25 minutes over a 5 minute query and at one point I had to keep repeating 8th March back to him and he couldn't see why I had a problem with a deposit into our accout on that date.

@santanderuk Locked out of my account trying to move money to another of my accounts. Apparently that is suspicious. Maybe don't allow the transaction, but block account? I need to do other banking tasks. Suggestions please.
