    Hey @skytv #skytv why don’t you just pause @SkySports for all subscribers instead of asking them to agree first -seems ludicrous especially as we will keep the channels. Make life easier for everyone instead of asking them to waste time on phone or via Link which is not working

    @05HannibalWall @SkySports Even if it isn’t huge, the problem still exists and that we must be able to agree on. We will both be long dead by the time ‘their end game’ has been achieved. We have to sort the issues now whilst we can.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've called & called again. Ran test after test of which your app says everything is fine even when the router is showing a fault.This whole tweet was asking people in the UK if they had the same problem which appears they do. Even your staff in Bulgaria know its happening.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, in laws have a sky q installation on Tuesday, existing package is broadband unlimited and plus, is it normal for internet to be disconnected a few days before? No internet access and all reboots not working, just blue lights on router??

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, we've had a new sky box for probably less than 2 weeks now, we've never had problems with our old box, super fast and now our Internet is ridiculously slow even though this was meant to be an upgrade?
