    @SkyHelpTeam what’s happening with emails please. Haven’t been able to send or receive any today. It’s telling me my password is wrong, I hadn’t changed it. I have now to try and access emails but with no success. Seems a lot of people are having same issue.

    I'm not one of those @LUFC fans that thinks that everyone is purposefully out to get us (@SkySports, @EFL, @FA etc...) but come on! That was such a poor was for a Leeds penalty. Referee's at the @SkyBetChamp level should not be making mistakes like that. Terrible decision #LUFC

    @snaggsagain @LeadbeaterScott @SkyUK The issue is we all pay different amounts! It’s not fair. We got SKYQ box for free and pay £12 a month for basic sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam Not even had my current service for 2 weeks and I'm already appalled at the standard of customer service. My first bill is incorrect so I called, ended up on the phone for 30 - 40 minutes only to be hung up on when I was on hold with no resolution to a problem (1/2)

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, WiFi has gone off completely. Followed the instructions on Sky Help, unplugged all wires and back in again but the router just isn’t turning back on

    @SkyUK renewed earlier this year with discount for 18 months. Paper work came through contained wrong sub price. Spoke to someone who said they’ll fix it. Just had a look online & next bill due will be double so it doesn’t look like it’s fixed and fb support not around.

    @SkyHelpTeam Honestly only expecting the same update that we have been told every time - system issue - which really does not explain anything. All faith lost quite frankly.

    @SkyHelpTeam The best way to spot a scam call pretending to be from Sky is if they begin by saying "Hi. I'm calling from Sky". We all know that the real Sky would never call us and instead expect us to wait on the phone for over half an hour to speak to them instead. Easy!

    @SkyHelpTeam hello, I’ve been trying to reach your call centre for couple of days now for an address change which I can’t do online! Every time your terrible auto machine closes my call by sending an SMS. Is this a joke?
