@SkyUK why are you asking me to pay for broadband in June when I terminated my service on the 31st May ? I will not pay for a service I am not receiving or a ridiculous late payment fee

@snaggsagain @LeadbeaterScott @SkyUK The issue is we all pay different amounts! It’s not fair. We got SKYQ box for free and pay £12 a month for basic sky.

@SkyHelpTeam what’s happening with emails please. Haven’t been able to send or receive any today. It’s telling me my password is wrong, I hadn’t changed it. I have now to try and access emails but with no success. Seems a lot of people are having same issue.

I'm not one of those @LUFC fans that thinks that everyone is purposefully out to get us (@SkySports, @EFL, @FA etc...) but come on! That was such a poor was for a Leeds penalty. Referee's at the @SkyBetChamp level should not be making mistakes like that. Terrible decision #LUFC

@SkyHelpTeam Ridiculous been doing this and been told another fault, would be nice if you actually cared about your customers and contacted them with updates! Especially when a complaint has been made and no service for 9 days

I’ve been a @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK broadband customer for 9 years. I’ve had no broadband for a month because of a street issue and they’ve been incommunicative, evasive, have frequently missed fix dates etc and now are refusing to let me cancel my acct without paying a fee. Avoid!
