@SkyUK why are you asking me to pay for broadband in June when I terminated my service on the 31st May ? I will not pay for a service I am not receiving or a ridiculous late payment fee

@snaggsagain @LeadbeaterScott @SkyUK The issue is we all pay different amounts! It’s not fair. We got SKYQ box for free and pay £12 a month for basic sky.

@SkyHelpTeam what’s happening with emails please. Haven’t been able to send or receive any today. It’s telling me my password is wrong, I hadn’t changed it. I have now to try and access emails but with no success. Seems a lot of people are having same issue.

I'm not one of those @LUFC fans that thinks that everyone is purposefully out to get us (@SkySports, @EFL, @FA etc...) but come on! That was such a poor was for a Leeds penalty. Referee's at the @SkyBetChamp level should not be making mistakes like that. Terrible decision #LUFC

@SkyHelpTeam still no internet connection with no information or help from Sky. Unable to make any contact via phone have had to send this from my sister’s flat. Utterly hopeless customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam It’s an outage in the area but 4 days to fix?!!!!! That’s ridiculous!!!!! This needs to be made a priority!!! I was told it would be back on today and now I’m told it “might” be back on tomorrow! A might!!! I have no TV now and no internet!!!!! 😒😒😒😒

@SkyHelpTeam broadband been down since about 2am this morning. Any update on this? Says on the MySky app that it’s a problem at your end? The working day starts soon so I’d like to resolve this.
