@Annette1Hardy Ah my commiserations, that is the problem with these apps , you can do things but not the really vital ones. I think they have reduced the manpower to speak on phone thinking this app is best🙁 I have found only @SkyHelpTeam and the @NatWest_Help the best. Good luck

@SkyHelpTeam Yes thank you I have done that, but on my Sky app there used to be button to get in touch by chat or on phone it is not there so how do I resolve this issue?

@SkyHelpTeam Right. First off, the agent i dealt with I can't fault. However, the engineer has said the only way to move forward is to trail a wire over the roof because of structural issues. I don't want to do this. I'm in my 'cooling off' period but can't can't get hold of anyone.

@SkyHelpTeam I rang time & time again when the problem existed, & rung sky weeks ago to advise that the issue had been resolved by Openreach. I really don't want to go through the ridiculous process yet again. Alternatively can an expert ring me? I just don't have time to sit on hold again!

Hi @SkyHelpTeam - I'm recieving daily texts asking me to ring Sky about an engineer visit. The problem I had with broadband was sorted weeks ago. I don't want to ring Sky as I don't have time, is it possible for someone just to close my case please without me having to ring up?

@SkyHelpTeam Good news - resolved, at last. Bad news no one knows why the issue occurred, why a password reset was required (or why this wasn't suggested straight away) and why a new 16 character code for Outlook needed to be generated to regain access.

I love the confidence with which @SkyUK engineers tell you that your wifi sucks & cannot be fixed because “Wifi doesn’t like glass, mirrors, steel beams, tiles, polished surfaces, walls etc”. basically - houses. But their line is perfect. No chance of a tech glitch. Idiots!
