    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you I have done the check and the software and the hardware is the right one and the issue with Netflix has been resolved. I have sent the feed back and many thanks for your help.

    @SkyHelpTeam No none at all my broadband is working fine, so is the Amazon Prime on my Sky Q, it is just Netflix , and it has never happened all the years I have had Q

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes thank you I have done that, but on my Sky app there used to be button to get in touch by chat or on phone it is not there so how do I resolve this issue?

    What I don’t understand is I live in rural England, my broad band with @BT was abysmal, slow , problematic and hard to get customer service whereas when we had AOL for years we had no problem / good service and now @SkyUK since 2015, great speed / no problems. Same place!

    Annoying @skyhelpteam provide the wi-fi at the station but didn’t bother to ensure any mobile signal for Sky mobile customers, becoming increasingly annoyed at how crap the coverage is with Sky Mobile

    @Annette1Hardy Ah my commiserations, that is the problem with these apps , you can do things but not the really vital ones. I think they have reduced the manpower to speak on phone thinking this app is best🙁 I have found only @SkyHelpTeam and the @NatWest_Help the best. Good luck

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Elle I only watch tv in the evening so will try this evening . By the way my mobile contract is with EE and they have notified me of problems in my area ( am signed up for it) that surely wouldn’t affect my viewing

    @BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

    It’s been a while, but time to call out @SkyHelpTeam but this time in relation to their #SkyMobile support. After a very long and painful ordering process, the online registration process is not working and there is a 45 minute wait for phone support 😡😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam had slow speeds for over a week now, the checker in the app just keeps telling me this will be sorted within 7 days. I’m paying specifically for full signal in every room and it’s not working. Will I be charged less for the these weeks where the service isn’t working

    @SkyHelpTeam Your customer service rep has not even called back as promised. Allow the poor reception and network, I’ll continue using it as I’ve been the past year but to charge me £15 extra is diabolical!

    Hey @SkyUK, can't you just do what you did last year? My dad is a little confused after a bad stroke, and can't understand why his TV is showing two different times - he doesn't know which one is right. This shouldn't be a big deal, please sort it out!

    @SkyHelpTeam She doesn’t get any reception on her TV. The box turns on but nothing comes up on the screen. It says there a signal problem but this has been going on for months and so she is paying but not seeing anything. She has been a Sky member for 18 years so I think she should be helped!
