I have not had access to mail all day .They keep sending me articles on help! I have tried them all before contacting anyway

I think they have reduced the manpower to speak on phone thinking this app is best🙁 I have found only @SkyHelpTeam and the @NatWest_Help the best. Good luck

I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

There are 3 super rugby games on this afternoon and evening and not 1 is being shown live. Very poor broadcasting.

Same place!
