What I don’t understand is I live in rural England, my broad band with @BT was abysmal, slow , problematic and hard to get customer service whereas when we had AOL for years we had no problem / good service and now @SkyUK since 2015, great speed / no problems. Same place!

Annoying @skyhelpteam provide the wi-fi at the station but didn’t bother to ensure any mobile signal for Sky mobile customers, becoming increasingly annoyed at how crap the coverage is with Sky Mobile

@Annette1Hardy Ah my commiserations, that is the problem with these apps , you can do things but not the really vital ones. I think they have reduced the manpower to speak on phone thinking this app is best🙁 I have found only @SkyHelpTeam and the @NatWest_Help the best. Good luck

@SkyHelpTeam It is driving me mad😢my Apple Watch/phone/MacBook all are on your network , when I try log in it says it is sending me an email , my recovery mail is a gmail , Sky says it doesn’t recognise it , when I try to log in to my Sky yahoo it says the same thing

However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

@SkyHelpTeam my phone line has been dead for nearly a week. I can’t get through on the phone or on line to fix it. When I ring I just get cut off and a ‘bot’ texts me but can’t resolve anything! I appreciate Covid has reduced services but this is getting ridiculous.
