    What I don’t understand is I live in rural England, my broad band with @BT was abysmal, slow , problematic and hard to get customer service whereas when we had AOL for years we had no problem / good service and now @SkyUK since 2015, great speed / no problems. Same place!

    @BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

    Annoying @skyhelpteam provide the wi-fi at the station but didn’t bother to ensure any mobile signal for Sky mobile customers, becoming increasingly annoyed at how crap the coverage is with Sky Mobile

    Fecking disgraceful from @SkySports half an hour build up... Green given 2 minutes, then Evra 4 minutes... Adverts... Ole 3 minutes, Moyes 1 minute, then chat about Utd. Advert... Two minutes about upcoming games .. Now crowd info. Crap.

    @Annette1Hardy Ah my commiserations, that is the problem with these apps , you can do things but not the really vital ones. I think they have reduced the manpower to speak on phone thinking this app is best🙁 I have found only @SkyHelpTeam and the @NatWest_Help the best. Good luck

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes thank you I have done that, but on my Sky app there used to be button to get in touch by chat or on phone it is not there so how do I resolve this issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Elle I only watch tv in the evening so will try this evening . By the way my mobile contract is with EE and they have notified me of problems in my area ( am signed up for it) that surely wouldn’t affect my viewing

    @SkyHelpTeam Oh yes - They have on numerous occasions, although obviously having to pay mobile fees to do so, being as their landline still doesn’t work! Been told it’s been fixed (!?), been told engineers cut through cable, been told it’ll be fixed ASAP-All since 3 Sept! Really poor service.

    @SkyHelpTeam im not the main line holder for the account. The issue is as i stated im not getting any broadband even though my area shows its not affected and im getting signal only during the evening time. All i want is a explanation for this not to run tests that dont help.

    @SuperAdekola @JohnOdoda3 @SkySports On top of locals and tourists, United have long had a huge OOT fanbase, there even when Utd were relegated even when we went 26yrs w/out winning the league. City will attract tourists but large regular OOT support doesn't exist because City are a much smaller club.

    @SkyHelpTeam Its not a wireless issue … my main mac is hard wired to the router via ethernet and showing the slow download speeds
