I get that companies are manic but over an hour to get through to @SkyHelpTeam is stupid, you say to go online but won’t let me cancel my package on there, if you allowed this option it would make everyone’s days easier!

@Annette1Hardy Ah my commiserations, that is the problem with these apps , you can do things but not the really vital ones. I think they have reduced the manpower to speak on phone thinking this app is best🙁 I have found only @SkyHelpTeam and the @NatWest_Help the best. Good luck

@BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

What I don’t understand is I live in rural England, my broad band with @BT was abysmal, slow , problematic and hard to get customer service whereas when we had AOL for years we had no problem / good service and now @SkyUK since 2015, great speed / no problems. Same place!

It’s been a while, but time to call out @SkyHelpTeam but this time in relation to their #SkyMobile support. After a very long and painful ordering process, the online registration process is not working and there is a 45 minute wait for phone support 😡😡😡

Fecking disgraceful from @SkySports half an hour build up... Green given 2 minutes, then Evra 4 minutes... Adverts... Ole 3 minutes, Moyes 1 minute, then chat about Utd. Advert... Two minutes about upcoming games .. Now crowd info. Crap.

@SkyHelpTeam Sorry I’ve given up. There’s more to life that spending more than 30 mins to have 1 question still unanswered by Sky’s virtual so called assistant. I’ll be cancelling in the morning! That’s when I can find a phone number for sky as I don’t want any more virtual help!

@SkyHelpTeam Tried this. Virtual assistant. No help whatsoever. Communicated with a machine for 30 mins.Told me to discuss my concerns with other customers! All I wanted to know was if I can amend package to reduce payments and if not I would cancel. Thinking now it’ll be cancel!

A lot of talk about VAR again. Only pointing out the negatives. I'm glad @SkySports have put something out about the many CORRECT interventions it has made. Remember, VAR is not the issue. Its the people using it

@SkyHelpTeam hi. Having constant network dropouts on main SkyQ box which affects mini boxes. On Full Fibre TalkTalk getting 520Mbps with an Eero Pro repeater right next to the main box so its not my broadband. Have tried everything online to sort including having sky booster.

@SkyHelpTeam no broadband for nearly a week and now on hold again so far on hold for 1hr 45 mins I guarantee that if I was phoning to join sky or upgrade would have been more like 1min 45secs! Shocking service 🤬🤬🤬
