@SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

@SkyHelpTeam Your test checks the theoretical input line speed but that’s not what I get in reality using any broadband speed test. And my neighbour three doors up gets 16mbps. It’s incredibly frustrating how poor this is
