I get that companies are manic but over an hour to get through to @SkyHelpTeam is stupid, you say to go online but won’t let me cancel my package on there, if you allowed this option it would make everyone’s days easier!

@SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

@SkyHelpTeam the sky TV is not connecting to internet all other devices are ok. Rang sky again but said they can’t find the problem so are sending a engineer out on 3/1/23!!!! So we have no sky tv for nearly 2 weeks what a ABSOLUTE disgrace sky is!!

@SkyHelpTeam Alternatives to sky packages anyone? After 23 years and more final straw, sky Mobile unhelpful lack of customer service dam right rude at times. Sky Glass don’t bother it’s not as good as Sky Q with a large tv. So new package will be broadband, mobiles x2, tv

@SkySportsNews @SkySports Bloody ridiculous that you decided to go to an ad break before a match deciding penalty. To put a bloody betting ad on as well. This should never happen in a penalty shootout, if you wouldn't do it for the world cup final, don't do it for @CAFCofficial.
