@SkyUK long call to your lovely support team. They can do nothing about the fact my viewing card no longer works. Automatically cancelled by your system. Really not happy. Sky costs enough as it is.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Scott, as a customer, an automated CRM system to divert me to the correct agent is great. It is just being asked questions and being put on the spot to say things that is not accessible or inclusive. A menu saying "press 1 for upgrades" etc is accessible. Surely UX matters?
