Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

@SkyHelpTeam I am a new customer. Your engineer has been unable to install my @skytv this morning due to Covid restrictions. I understand the restrictions but why send him at all if he couldn’t do the job? I now have no tv provider until further notice and no compensation!

Fecking disgraceful from @SkySports half an hour build up... Green given 2 minutes, then Evra 4 minutes... Adverts... Ole 3 minutes, Moyes 1 minute, then chat about Utd. Advert... Two minutes about upcoming games .. Now crowd info. Crap.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam what is wrong with SkyGo and SkySports.Look at all the issues people are registering! Please don’t point us towards the useless help pages. This is your issue not the many users registering problems. I am not getting what I pay for in my subscription.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam what’s going on with Sky Go? Sports channels stopper and getting “a network error has occurred”. App up to date, router restarted. Only seems to be through the sport channels

@SkyHelpTeam I’m really struggling with my new internet. It seems slower then my previous. I’m on the ultrafast but it seems nothing but ultraslow!!! I recently upgraded and had nothing but issues since upgrade please respond so we can fix this!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken with them every day for the past week!!! They tell me it’s because I have 12 devices connected. Iv never had issues until recently. I asked for a new hub and got told I would have to pay for it. Very poor customer service. !!!!

@SkyHelpTeam your internet is shocking. I pay a lot of money. I have spent the last week each day on the phone to your support team who every time tell me to reset the router which I do then I have to reconnect all my devices. This is a complete joke. Please reapond!!!!

@SkyUK I’m struggling with the cost of my broadband & tv package yet I have no way if contacting Sky to obtain help with this difficult issue- i appreciate that mine are not the biggest problems at the moment but would still be grateful for help thanks

@SkyHelpTeam Some companies go up and beyond to reward customer loyalty. Sky are trying the ‘ we’ll take customers for granted, whilst grabbing new ones‘ line. 25 years done, see you later ! The switch to ee was very good by the way !

I've got to hand it to you @SkyUK after 316 days since I placed my fibre broadband order on 4th Sept 2024, finally it's done! It's amazing what an @Offcom complaint provokes some bloody action, and regular updates from an executive complaint official....Now for my compo claim !

@SkyHelpTeam What I am really getting at is full fibre fttp is not available to me and noone can tell me if/when that will be available. And to continually see adverts and boasts of better speeds just winds me up. And to add that the money I pay for my 76mbps service is scandalous.
