@SkyHelpTeam I did. But for the umpteenth time (and over the past 8 years too) it was saying it was something do with microfilters. It has never been anything to do with microfilters. Trying to fill a form for daughter's school before their cutoff was frustrating. It seems to be back on now.

@SkyHelpTeam your internet is shocking. I pay a lot of money. I have spent the last week each day on the phone to your support team who every time tell me to reset the router which I do then I have to reconnect all my devices. This is a complete joke. Please reapond!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I stayed on the call as my wife is a key worker in healthcare and was unable to work yesterday evening from home due to the issues. The call then rang off. Tried multiple times. Unacceptable

@SkyHelpTeam are there any known issues in the BS14 area?? All my sky boxes are having blackouts where during watching anything the screen goes black then comes back in ??? Atleast once every 2 minutes!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken with them every day for the past week!!! They tell me it’s because I have 12 devices connected. Iv never had issues until recently. I asked for a new hub and got told I would have to pay for it. Very poor customer service. !!!!

@DANIELJAMESREC @SkySports Mike won't shut him up, Mike will vow to knock him out, exchange insults with Logan, have a run in with Jake who will steal his shoe, boss the actual fight with minimal effort but do no real damage, Logan will come out of it fine and richer then challenge Holyfield. @SkyHelpTeam My neighbours are off as well and My Sky says there is a problem. For most of the time I was off my router still had three green lights but now has an orange one for broadband. I’m in Banstead which is close to Burgh Heath where Sky say there is an issue.
